I think you're going to Costa Rica. I went there during winter break and there is really good zip lining and hiking as well as beaches. If it is there, you'll have a lot of fun. Go on the superman zipline if you can.
Love this video! One thing that I learned and wanted to share with you is to look for a duffle bag that best fits your luggage and has all the wonderful features a bag can have especially in plane travel use. I'm using Nomad Lane's Bento Bag and it's a good choice.

i think the biggest thing that's been helping me is working on not getting into a "slump" mid race where i slow down without even thinking so i make sure to check my splits and surge when i realize i'm getting into a slump bc a lot of the time you can go faster then you are going
