Haven’t we all had a yeasty one before? And also yes soda is a cola and seltzer is clear tonic water.
Well, originally Cola was made from soda water, which is different than tonic water&club soda.
Distilling under a higher pressure will lower the boiling point of water & distill the vodka to a lower base ABV. With a lower boiling point more flavorful molecules will be introduced into the final product & that is my best guess for the flamboyancy on the label.

Why would they lower the abv for the vodka seltzer when the surge is 8% instead of 5?
On a moonshiners episode they put barrels on a fishing boat so it would jostle around & the environment of the sea hasted the aging process. Assuming it’s to have a similar affect, at least advertise the sort.

What’s the best whiskey on the market
My buddy loves Woodford Reserve, the other is a die hard Jack fan for everyday drinking. Idk if they’ve had “refined” whiskey/bourbon really that much. I personally don’t like whiskey/bourbon all that much, but will drink it if they pour it or order it.
