Excellent advice re; the personal locator device ,just about every group of newbies you talk to have had a close shave with mates getting lost or disoriented, carrying a cigarette lighter or matches and a 5w radio are also good, a fire at night makes a very good locater if are lost and people are looking for you, the bush is magnificent but unforgiving and catches many by surprise.good to see you back out in the gold !
Great small fine but enjoyable watching the hunt. Flies are the most annoying creature ever mozzie close following ... love the garden doing so well really lifts the homestead
Welcome to the goldfields in a wet autumn - flies and mosquitos in plague numbers! Good to see that you found some nice rocks and gold! I couldn't agree more about the need to carry an epirb - I always carry one when I'm out on my father's station. A few years ago I heard about a guy who died on the place next door. He was delivering water tanks in a truck and became bogged on an impassible piece of road, even though he had been warned not to go that way. He tried to walk back to the nearest homestead, turned back and died on the way back to the truck. Just a young guy with a young family in Perth, very sad! I always carry an epirb and a satphone in the bush.
I hope you have a great shiny finding season ! The weather is the same way here were just now coming into spring , Wish you nothing but the best Krissy your friend from the USA from the Kentucky hills and hollers and dirt roads ❤
I have watch every episode of yours. You reminded me of my years of prospecting in the Mojave Desert, California, USA. Many days skunked but most days found enough gold to pay expenses, and those rare, over an ounce of gold, days. I'm to old and gas prices to high for me to get out into the field so I relive the life of a prospector though your videos. Keep recording your prospecting adventures. They are nostalgic reminders of the good old days. Big fan, Russ
Krissy, that first piece of gold on the scales, (the goose/snake) looked like a jockey racing his horse flat out. Good to see the wild life giving you a hard time of it.Very good advice to people who want to wander around the Outback. Keep up with the safety advise.
The homestead is looking awesome!!!…hard work pays off 👍…it’s really good you sharing good safe advice to others…love your channel thank you for sharing you and Clint’s adventures 🙏
Krissy it's always a pleasure watching your video's I only wish was over there detecting with you both your sounding more like a Aussie every time you make a video. As for the homestead looking more comfortable than ever both are working hard around the place. Low and slow Krissy and don't forget fly net next time.
Grass is looking fab and so are the doggos love seeing them, we have the same kind but 2 girls gotta love a cattle dog ❤❤great work with the gold every little bit counts.
The Flies are bigger than the Nugget😂 now you have to find nuggets bigger than the birdies😂 yep now summertime is over for you and summertime is coming for me in Arizona😂 thank you for the video
Flies tormenting you again Krissy but that's the sign that your getting ready to explore further. Cannot wait to see what you find, sending you Irish lucky gold finding vibes
love watching you and your farm is it a farm?? but what i enjoy most is the hunt for gold, i even catch my self saying things like check the hole again or go left a bit go right check that bush lol . do you sell those rocks you find ?? is there a market fr them ???
Wow Krissy, just before you showed how far the grass had progressed there was in drone View and I was thinking it would be cool to see a drone view from when you first had the property to now cuz I noticed that thing is looking beautiful. Quite the difference from several months ago I wish I could see a comparison
Hi Krissy, is it an EPIRB or PLB? Not that it matters but some people might look for an EPIRB and get the incorrect device. Good for you mentioning it anyway, safety is so important and with the available technology today everyone can be safe no matter where they are, a big 👍 to you for your recommendation.
I bought both as I fish more than 3km offshore, the EPIRB is attached to my watercraft and is bigger and floats, while the PLB is attached to my lifejacket and when activated must be held up out of the water, the EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon) is only for watercraft whereas the PLB (personal locator beacon) is part of you personal equipment, this can be used anywhere and anytime
Chrissy, it's not just where you are. The jet stream is changing ... morphing back into the meridional flow, where instead of meandering around the poles, it spikes down to near the equator and back into arctic/antarctic regions, creating more chaotic weather patterns with high and low temperature extremes, droughts, floods, giant hail, and it makes growing food much harder to do.
Nice looking spot that one Krissy, and some good little pieces ✅ I know its a pain, but please wear a helmet if your riding the quad from your house. Stay safe 😎🇦🇺
Hello again Cristy, I thought somehow tumbling all them different rocks lately, meant that you had fallen off of your GOD iching wagon. Bahahaha, RIGHT!!! Not likely, just a lull in th program.😅😅😅
With Gold at $3,300.00 an Ounce now in Australian Dollars 💸. You can bet there will be Thousands out there this season.. So make sure you keep to your Pending lease boundaries.!!! As I am sure ,,,!! those that don’t.. will be in all sorts of trouble.. Cheers Tony 👍🍻⛏️
You still look happy actually you look like you are very happy. I personally don’t care for the background music when you are talking or the detector is beeping. The garden and grass looks very nice. Not sure how well it would work in Australia I think you should take the small nuggets you find with a few of your tumbled rocks and put them on eBay. One small nugget found by you on video with a few rocks you tumbled in a simple display would do well I think. Just don’t overdo it. I just think there is a way for you to turn the $10 and $20 nuggets from your videos into $25 and $50 bank deposits. If I could watch a video of you finding the nugget I bought from you that would be worth a premium and import fees. Even a .11 nugget hot glued to your business card in a small cardboard jewelry box would IMO be worth $25-30. Just some late night thoughts from Michigan where it goes from sunbathing to skiing weather overnight.
Back to gold prospecting at last, I was a bit worried you were changing to a rock polishing series, switched of halfway through last weeks show and didn't write a comment, sounds like a grumpy old man to me, good job today, you can see how hard it is to get going after we have stopped swinging for a few months, I have been sleushing myself but my new pump died yesterday so I bought it home and will pull apart today, I also tried to buy a new one online in Australia yesterday, why do Australian companies make it so hard to complete transactions that I have to write a seperate letter just to get thing's going, I have no problems with Chinese or American businesses, only Australian. Have a good day. Leon
That’s ok grumpy old man 😉 Finding heaps of gold in every single video would be good but with an abundance of other interesting things out there I find a variety of topics in the videos a lot more exciting. Good luck with the pump, hopefully you’ll be up and running again soon 🤞🏻
Curious if you would like to answer. The video shows you only on quad. Is this spot a qauds ride from house or did you load up and drive truck then get quad out?
Que coisa boa e aventura eu gosto muito mais aqui nunca achei nada tenho vontade de pegar em uma pipita de gold quem sabe no futuro eu vou encontrar kkkk aqui em Bragança Paulista sp Brasil 🇧🇷

Probably more like a PLB but they both have the same purpose right?
I bought both as I fish more than 3km offshore, the EPIRB is attached to my watercraft and is bigger and floats, while the PLB is attached to my lifejacket and when activated must be held up out of the water, the EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon) is only for watercraft whereas the PLB (personal locator beacon) is part of you personal equipment, this can be used anywhere and anytime

Hello from California.
Best wishes and stay safe! You will find a large nugget this year!😁
Great video.
Makes me want to go out for a swing around.
❤
What's good and organic for your garden to keep the critters out: diatomaceous earth. Sprinkle it around your garden.
Krissy nice vid You seem to walk and swing very fast when detecting, It seem to work for you so I guess its right.
:2;12 When U went from 2pc's to 1 , had to chuckle , nice to see U girl ,,,
Forget the fly veil take tomato sauce makes them taste better when you eat them.
BBQ sauce 👍
😂
Thanks, do you run across any snakes? ✌🏻👊🏼
Yes, occasionally. I stay away and usually detect into a different direction

Hi Krissy, can you recommend maps and ‘detecting gold’ books please.
Hello again Cristy, I thought somehow tumbling all them different rocks lately, meant that you had fallen off of your GOD iching wagon. Bahahaha, RIGHT!!! Not likely, just a lull in th program.😅😅😅
Would be lull to do the same thing every day, rocks in between give the program some colours 😁

Great show..say what kind of camera are you filming with ?
Thanks, I use the DJI osmo action 4 👍🏻
"Spewing" you're an Aussie now!
spray your clothes with pyrethrin works well for flys , ticks. i always spray my hat outer clothing and boots keeps the ticks and flies away.
