Excellent video, thanks. I was watching another video troubleshooting the bad ground on the airmotor. You can hear the fan changing pitch as the glow pin cycles. Gets worse over time apparently. That's exactly what mine's doing. So... good time for a rebuild and ground fix...
Thanks Mike. I followed your instructions and I am sure it will work fine. I only forgot the small o-rings on the temperature sensors, but greased them and they look fine. A local shop wanted me to pay over € 700,- for overhaul. I ordered the neccesary rings and gaskets in the uk for € 80,-. There was little soot build up in the furnace, only the flat round gasket on the furnace chamber was mising. I could not test run it yet, but I am sure it wil do fine.
Happy new year, I always take the water pump a part and clean the gunk out that gets in behind the impeller. Had one that was totally packed full of tiny rocks and I couldn't figure out why it kept over heating.
I question your explanation of the fuel inlet and glow rod at 13:50. The fuel wouldn't touch the glow rod in the exhaust would it? I'm thinking the glow rod is inside the fuel inlet screen and the other rod is an exhaust temperature sensor? Or a flame sensor? Is that right?

@John-Deere sometimes I misspeak while talking.
Hi is there anyway to unlock these heaters without Edith or a 7 day timer. I have one of these stuck in a lock out, located in Canada
If you are fortunate enough to find a timer used to unlock great. If not you need Edith
Great video! What would the part number of the kit be? My local supplier keeps telling there is no kit and I need to order part’s separately.
They are correct. Our local just puts them all together ahead of time and puts a number on the bag. Then they call it a kit. 👍👍🤣🤣
@@MichaelJBerg ok thanks

What goes wrong with these??
Where are u located??
