I still remember our first class with sir haseeb, at superior university and he called me up front to introduce my self, it was awesome experience. He helped me develop my english skills, now I'm in USA from last 10 years. Did my masters here and that being kept me going... so thankful to this person. Wonderful teacher and thanks for keeping up the good work.

So don't do thing fir you self do for public will overcome your public fear.
In 17:52 minutes didn't find anything that can help people to overcome fear. The people need to understand what fear is. It starts with thougts. Some people think, it is a phenomenon that occur to them; they think that they are victim. By the way, it is not a weakness as the speaker mentioned. A person can overcome fear of speaking. A slight change of thinking can produce very positive outcome. A person can meditate that he/she is a good speaker and visualize him/her self giving a great speech. Thoughts give rise to belief. Believing in oneself starts first with change of thought process. Toastmaster is also one of the platform where a person can practice his/her speaking skills in a friendly, non threatening and non judgemental environment. I am happy that this foundation is really bringing something that was needed in Pakistan. I am looking forward how this foundation can lift people up . Personal development should not be that expensive in a developing country like Pakistan. I pray that sincere and knowledgeable people come in this field. A person can have 100 years of public speaking experience; it wouldn't help someone overcome his or her fear untill the speaker knows every bit of fear and someone who can relate the experience to his/her life.

I may be wrong in this but Sir you should observe this video One thing I want to say that you are making very little eye contact with women I think you should increase your attention towards them so they don't feel that you are ignoring them are giving them very less attention.
