I thought that was an interesting change. You have a great family.
Maybe a local university or college could help with the farming part. Like a student intern to help out. Or a biology major for animal work. Many colleges require senior projects, especially masters level.
My daughter did an internship for art, teaching kids how to draw Reptiles.
Also boyscouts are always looking for Eagle scout projects. Like starting a giant garden?

What equipment do you use for recording video/audio? I've been struggling with having sound that isn't tinny garbage when not at my desk with a mounted microphone.
I use the RODE video micro on camera mic. Cost around 50-60 on Amazon I believe.
And my camera is a Sony a6500. I highly recommend it.
How big do the pig's get and what breed
Kune kune pigs, very small Breed of pig and slow growing. The only true "grazing" pig.
