Cell phone in multiplayer with some of the team up cards (specifically those that ready) could be nice!
In multiplayer, since removing threat from "Shopping Spree" is an AE Action, once Jubilee gets it on the table, she can call for action from another player still in AE to remove the first threat, then she can remove the second to get one of her items out on the first turn. The problem is: her AE ability says: "Search your DECK...", NOT discard, so once it's discarded, she can't get it again until she decks out and reshuffles, so don't plan on pulling a lot of items with it. Still awesome for a fast ramp up, but I don't see much opportunity to abuse it.
