just wanted to say that one of the main reasons I follow you is that I love how hard working & disciplined you are and find it super motivating, so the fact you manage to do so much fitness-wise while also managing a chronic illness is all the more impressive & a huge testament to yourself - I know it's easier said than done but you defo need to give yourself more credit!!❤️ sending lots of love

I have 2 autoimmune diseases and I struggle so much with the fact that although I look like a young and fit 22 year old I’m always exhausted and it’s like grieving a life you could’ve had and seeing everyone else do every day life so easy. I’ve also bought my ticket for the event at sunset 😊x
From someone who also suffers with heart problems (ventricular tachycardia) it is so refreshing to see someone else who is also kind of dealing with similar issues and going through the trials and tribulations of doctors/diagnosis & treatments 🥺❤️x
NonSleepDeepRest is an amazing way to calm your body and mind down and recover. Especially great if you havent slept great, need a pick me up etc! I also feel like you would like peter attia the drive podcast! They are long ones, but so interesting & worth it :) I personally just put it on when I am going to and from work or taking a walk & just listen to them in bits :)
@@meganshort another great one to listen to is the sleep series on the huberman lab he did with Matt Walker :) He has some other interesting episodes aswell btw

If u wanted to do something you would My boyfriend runs marathon 2.25 & he has asthma Youve more time than anyone to do this stuff Also guarnatee you that these "fitness influencers" wouldnt be doing the stuff if they couldnt post about it. I watch one who just done a triathlon and tbh anyone can do one anyone can run a half marathon its nothing special really
