It’s the Rockies for sure at that level. Particularly beautiful scenery. Really dig seeing these Members Only CO runs. Well worth the price of admission.
@@WadeHarrison Ok, ran the Cispus ( I'm in WA state)yesterday in the ReactR... and I'm completely blown away! 6'2" 185lb- I fit like a glove and feel like the boat performs at the top of its ability with my size beater in it. Been paddling since 98' and this is the best river running hull Ive ever been in.
nice..what's your technique or thought process when catching micro eddies in swift currents and tight confines like you did here? you make it look easy...:) thanks
@@WadeHarrison not goretex? I’ve been looking at the NRS options but always tell myself I need goretex. Maybe I don’t. I have a chest zip now and haven’t ever had the shoulder entry. Do you like it better?

Do you paddle the medium or the large
@@andrinleuenberger3669 Medium
At 7:15 do you think a scorch would been vertical too ?
Yes that happens to
Almost everybody there it’s just how well it handles it
Oh yea been waitin on this one !
Yeah it’s a fun stop it’s on the other side the mountain by clear creek can do both In a day
I believe Spencer Huff has ran the portage post 2013 (when the rocks moved)
I could see that and I would bet it was high water
@@WadeHarrison I wanted nothing to do with it when I did that run. Looks like a sick drop, that just lands on a rock....

Good rotation and edge control
What dry suit are you rockin these days? Time to size up from my medium Kokatat to a large something else…

Looks like a good time!
For sure
Why only the ReactR? I thought you also owned an Indra and was going to do extensive testing in BOTH kayaks and come back with a verdict?
Hahha I paddled the Indra a lot before went out there I like both boats I just think the rEactR little more well rounded
@@WadeHarrison So the Indra is more specialized? At what, exactly?
I remember before I really stated boating climbing in eldo and thinking 'there's no way that gets boated' lol
hahha a few said that while we were there actually
that would be something I would run, like the narrows
Yes at this level very manageable
