It's been so fun watching this episode! I've spent ALOT of time in Stanley. As I write this, my daughter is staying at the Mountian lodge while doing Avalanche Rescue Training. Cooold and snowy! We've been to all those hotsprings too. But you missed the hot springs behind the Mountain Lodge- its covered by a three sided log cabin with an open view looking out at the Sawtooth mountains!
Don’t over look Banbury hot springs; and Miracle hot springs both are not to far apart from each other in Southern Idaho. They don’t have the sulfur smell in them!
Awesome Wim Hof shout out! Have you guys thought about getting one of those TINY wood stoves?? And also, I read a really, really cool book about Idaho wilderness (non fiction) years ago I recommend called Wild to the Last by Charles Pezeshki.
I LOVE Wim Hof. I have yet to conquer my love of cold water - one freezing moment at a time. We totally would love to get one when we have a skollie (future plans) but for now we have a heater that is linked to our gas tank which works great. AND I'm totally picking up that book. I'm obsessed with Idaho now. Thanks for watching :)
LAVA Hot Springs too! ✌❤
Go to mono hot springs in Fresno county
Idaho is my dream destination. Thanks for taking me along.
