That "desk" by the window would make such a lovely window seat, just get some foam cut to size for it with a nice throw over and a few pillows for you back it would be such a sweet chill place to kick back and read a few books. Love your room have a great year :)

It's pretty common, it's a part of the "college experience" here!
I didn't live on campus because I was able to commute and it was cheaper to split the rent of an apartment than deal with roommates on campus.
