Such a lame and shady method. They have the vehicle speed listed on the ticket, at the time it was issued. Be up front about it and charge that $200 lame fine then. So glad I don't live in that state, and yes, I just received a super speeder ticket in the mail. Don't get me started on the bad drivers not caring about people around them.
