Great find and ID. Didn’t know this one, but I think I’ve run across it before but was too lazy to attempt the dive into an unknown Amanita.

Small correction: Amanita ravenelii is in Section Strobiliformes, not Section Lepidella. Amanitas are tough. Nice job identifying this one.
