Lost my grandmother, dad, and my wife (the love of my life) within the last 3 months. I'm a widower at 47 (still seems unreal). The pain is just unbearable and my heart is shattered. Praying Jesus will piece it back together. 😢🙏🙏
I am so very very sorry. There are no words that can even begin to touch your pain. Having faith does not make you miss them any less and I think we both know the longer you walk with Christ, the more difficult it seems even though His yoke is easy and His burden light. I know yours is not so I will pray especially fervently that Jesus carry it for you as you walk together, ever closer to those you look forward to sharing eternity with. God bless and keep you
I’m so sorry to read this. Praying for you. I lost my grandmother on Christmas who raised me. I’m glad I got to be the last one to be with her and basically she died in my arms. I came across this sermon. Been feeling suicidal when I drink too much. Made a mess of my life. Somehow I’m still alive, so it makes me think I still have some purpose. My mom passed 4 hours and 7 minutes ago. Spent about 27 hours at the hospital while she transitioned to hospice care and passed. The nurses shift change was at midnight. I didn't know it at the time, but God showed up, and through my mom's attending nurse for the night reminded me of exactly what was happening. Her name is Salem. While mom's vital signs were slowing decreasing, she asked if I believed in God. She reminded me of God's faithfulness, God's word, and His promises. God used her as an incredible comfort to me and to urge me to focus on what I've been neglecting for about a year. 3 times over the course of 2 hours, Salem said to read your Bible (and included 3 hugs). Though I listen to sermons almost daily, actually reading His word has been neglected. Jesus sent her to comfort and help my walk with Him with the very words He knew I needed. He used Salem in my hour of need. He was right there for me, just the way I needed. He knows. He does. He will. All glory to God, my Savior Jesus!
My moms is in hospice care on her deathbed right now. She had such a rough life with so much trauma. She got sexually assaulted, beat up, felt unloved, lost her mother, and had a miscarriage. She was an alcoholic most her life to “help” her emotions. The alcohol is such a monster and I wish I could have done more to help her quit. She’s only 51 years of age and dying 🥲 and I’m 18. I pray lord Jesus that you help everyone who has lost or losing a loved one get through it. I pray you give us strength oh lord and I pray you have mercy on my mothers soul. Please lord accept her in heaven with open arms. She had a rough life lord and you got her through it all. Thank you lord Jesus. Please show us that you are with us, give us signs lord Jesus. Let us feel your presence lord Jesus. I pray in Jesus name, Amen

I just watched this sermon for the first time........ Thank you Pastor Greg, I just lost my spouse and I'm really having a hard time living right now. I always need God with me but I wish he could come to me and hold me tight right now because I need it SO bad. I keep recalling the "Footsteps" poem and If there was ever a time that God was carrying me, it has to be now. Please pray for me that I get through this, because I'm so sad ....... We lost our son Tim in 1986 he was a very strong believer and was almost 13 he drowned in a wild storm with huge waves in lake Michigan , the last words I heard him say were help me. His little sister Rose saw her hero die that day, her heart broke and part of her mind that never completely healed. And although she had some great times and she gave her life to CHRIST she struggled with drugs and died 20 years later in 2006 she was 27 . After all these years we'll have days that we don't think about the deaths of our kids but never a day that we don't miss them . But we do have peace and hope we laugh at good memories sometimes we break down and grieve but always lean on GOD and each other
My parents lost their 1st born and I lost my only older sis. My mom lost her hope and will to live since my sis went home on 5/5/2023. The pain is so real. It hurts so much. I miss my sis so much. My mother , 79, passed away today. I was her caregiver with Alzheimer's. She passed in her sleep with her Bible next to her and listening to her radio. She's a believer so I know she is with my Dad in Heaven. Free of suffering further from Alzheimer's and the pain she was going through. Pastor came over and prayed with and older brother. Please pray as we go through the whole process after what we have to take off now. I'm glad we got to say goodbye before I left for work this morning and thankful I did caregiving when it was so draining and difficult. Pastor Greg says "never waste your pain." I want to be a comfort to others.
My mother died on a Sunday morning at 1am and I played in the praise band that morning and it was the most powerful and spirit filled moments in my Christian walk.
I came across this sermon because I have stopped running away from conviction and holding myself responsible for the unexpected death of my best friend from high school. Today I felt his presence in my house , today I felt the presence of God almighty , today I felt the presence of my father all telling me it’s okay. Today I am a changed person forever.

I lost my father yesterday to brain cancer. I wasn’t with my mother and sister as they saw him decline in health. I’m currently serving in the Army and live away with my wife and 3 boys. I worried about his salvation and even questioned mine. But I’m reminded of the promises God has given us. My father was a quiet man, a man of few words. But despite that, he was a man of prayer and he dove into the word of God with great passion. He rejoiced whenever I told him that I started praying again and when he saw that my wife and I were teaching our boys about Jesus. I will always miss him and I can’t wait to see him again in heaven. It brings me joy to know that he currently walks the streets of gold with his mother and my daughter Nova as he gets the tour of paradise. RIP Dad, I will always love you and I hope to bring honor to God and to you as well ❤️
My mom passed away on Saturday. I was there and it was shocking and I was inconsolable. She was the best mother in the world. She was selfless and loving. I miss her so much. I wish I could talk to her and have one of our long conversations again. Please Lord help me. It’s very painful. I don’t know what to feel. I feel angry, sad, and confused. Jesus please help me!!!

I have immense compassion for all who have lost. My husband died a month ago & we have no extended family. The only things keeping me going are a great neighbor friend, praying & leaning on God Father/ Christ, biblical meditations that help me sleep. May the Lord help all of you & me.
Our human lifetimes are but a drop in the ocean of eternity. Loved ones come and go. Our hearts ache when they go. Life has trials, tribulations, pain, loss, suffering. When our life ends and we awake in our real home, from what seemed like a dream we had in the blink of an eye, we'll realize that all those hardships were tests and how our soul handled them was what really mattered. Did we learn and show strength, patience, perseverance, empathy, compassion. And from the good and blessings in life, did we learn and show how to be humble and selfless. In our heavenly home of complete bliss, love, compassion and understanding, we will be our own harshest judge. Not condemning judgement, but a healthy self-reflection that results in a desire to try life again and get it right. So let's get it right this time. Let's show unconditional love to everyone regardless of their beliefs and actions. Practice self-reflection, always learning how to improve yourself to be the best you. Laugh at yourself, it's healthy. Help others without giving it a second thought. Allow others to help you. Talk, even if just with your thoughts, to your loved ones who've gone home before you. Your reunion will be sweeter than you can imagine.

The longer you live the more people you love That you will see die... Nothing can take the hurt and empty feeling out of you...... It only lessens a little over years.... My father,my wife, and my sister suffered from cancer. And when they died they stopped suffering the pain ... Theirs no other pain that you feel in life like the pain of loosing someone you love.... It's unexplainable.
I just lost my mom Feb 10th 2019 we buried her on Valentines Day. She was my best friend. When I have my bad days I wear her favorite sweater and cry very deeply. And talk to God. Because I know she is so happy where she is. And with her parents and all her friends she lost through her life. But; I have been saved since I was 19. I am now 64. And never before has the death and resurrection meant so much to me and what He did for us. We have HOPE. HOPE That we will see them again because of what He did for us. Amen 🙏
I lost my mum six months ago, very suddenly and unexpectedly. I'm 45. She was everything to me, my best friend, mentor and mother. I love her so much and the pain is unbearable. I cry every day. But I know that we'll meet again when the time comes. Until then, she's with Jesus and Mother Mary who she loved so much, and all our pets and relatives. I love you my sweet, sweet mummy.

She was a great age of 88, (but knowing she lived a ripe old age doesn't stop the pain). What I miss the most is her complete love for me. One favourite memory is how she used to stand at the front door and wave me off as I would travel around the globe preaching the gospel, and how she was always waiting for me at the door (with her little Maltese dog) when I returned. She'd sit there until the taxi arrived and then would run out and hug me - the dog would jumping up and wanting my attention. Such a homecoming! My comfort now is, that it is her turn... She is discovering heaven and experiencing so much, that I can only imagine. But this I know for sure, when It's my turn to enter the doorway of Heaven, she'll be there with her wonderful smiling face - it will be as if the years that have passed have just been a moment. When I miss her, and yes, I still cry a little, but I think of that great day when I will feel her love and excitement once again. I comfort myself in this knowledge. Your mom will be waiting for you, and she will be so proud of you, do your best until that day, fill your life with helping and loving others. Much love and kind thoughts.
My seeet nephew went home to be with Jesus recently I miss him so very much he was like my very own but he suffered a lot physically for 11 years but thanks to you my precious Lord that ended immediately when he took his last breath and went into your open arms i will see him again thank you so very much LORD JESUS for your shed blood on Calvarys Cross and the RESURRECTION !!!
Our 5 years old Daughter went to be with the Lord last month. Year ago our second daughter 4 months old, went to be with the Lord. God is good, pain is real they are not in our past they are in our future. We grief with the hope. Our 5 years old daughter at the age of 4 have seen dreams and visions about God, Heaven and his glory she said mommy Yeshua/Jesus so beautiful and shinny! Heaven is real. Grief can be transactional or transformational there is only two options getting closer to God or pulling away from him. He knows our pain he knows your pain.

It is so difficult, but God does gives us good moments, beautiful blessings and we need to hold onto them, live them, love them, appreciate them and enjoy them. He is so good no matter what. Everything you said is absolutely the way it is. When my dad died I denied it for ten years. Then I went to Germany alone and God did some deep healing. When my mom passed I was numb for a year but I dealt with my grief much sooner. I know I will see them again. They're waiting for me!

I recently lost my great grandma 4 1/2 hours ago. She was breathing but motionless yesterday. She looked like a skeleton. Multiple memories run through my mind. I cried my eyes out all day yesterday as I said bye to her and kiss her head. When I found the news out today, I wondered how I’ll grieve with this. With this coronavirus, she can’t be buried and have a funeral. She gave her life to Jesus 2-4 years ago. She lost her memory and thought she was Catholic. But God never forgot when she gave her life to Him. She’s happy and with her sister and family now in Heaven. I’m glad her suffering is over and now she’s with Jesus. Te amo mamí, voy a verte una día
Six years ago, I lost 4 family members in 1 1/2 years time ... my momma first , ending with my 34 year old stepson. All 4 were close family . I was lost !! I was a backsliding Christian since the late 80’s ... I never lost my faith in my savior and Jesus held me up when I couldn’t hold myself up . Some things are still foggy or I’m unable to remember things after my stepson passed until a year ago , I opened my heart back up to my savior... He never left me for all of those years 🙏♥️ if he had , I would not have made it to type this comment ♥️🙏 Don’t ever give up on Christ or turn your back on The Father , he picks us up when we stumble , he convicts us , but allows us to repent ... His Love is unfaltering, it’s perfect and now I live for God !! I’m so content and my spirit missed his love tremendously 🙏♥️🤗

My husband passed away unexpectedly last month on my birthday December 14, 2021. We though it was bronchitis or pneumonia but turned out to be pulmonary embolism. He went in for a procedure but did not make it. Theres times when I'm ok and times that I'm not but I know my Father is there with me. My love andprayers to all that have lost a loved one or anybody thats grieving any kind of loss. ❤🙏
Oh, dear Am sorry for your loss this is a lot of pain for someone to lose his or her loved ones I also lost my wife 5 years ago, and is a long way to do this all by myself and there is nothing I can do I just have to live with it the lord knows the best for all of us. Where are you watching from?

I feel less suicidal today watching this, after losing my dad unexpectedly last month. He was my best friend and I lived with him. Im still in total shock. He was only 58 and making everyone laugh the day before 😢 I am guilt ridden in things I cant say or change. We wasnt on the best of terms leading up to it over something stupid. We were both so strong headed and didnt show emotion often, but I loved him way more then I openly showed. The day before he started crying when I had to leave for work and I started crying and we hugged and I told him how much I loved him. I walked off and said look at me, he wouldnt because he was still crying. I said 'loook at me' and when he did I blew him a kiss which is unheard of for me. I feel like it was a sign I missed. But thank you I have a feeling of hope today

Well if you want to know the truth from God's word it's clear. There is no mention in the Bible of a pet heaven or dog heaven-and for good reason. Animals cannot take the steps needed to qualify for “the heavenly calling.” (Hebrews 3:1) These steps include taking in knowledge, exercising faith, and obeying God’s commands. (Matthew 19:17; John 3:16; 17:3) Only humans were created with the prospect of living forever.-Genesis 2:16, 17; 3:22, 23.

My wonderful devoted daughter passed on August 21, 2019. She suffered from restrictive lung disease after losing a lung to thymoma, cancer of the thymus. My son passed in 1988. My only two children. Both taken from me - the way I feel. My heart is burden with grief and sorrow. I do have the hope that they are both enjoying all of heaven and that I will join them both someday. God have mercy on me and my family for we are all hurting. Comfort all of us, please. I too, have asked why - why me.
Father God please give this precious mother peace and comfort as only You can do. I lost my soulmate 5 days ago. You will see them again and I see my sweetheart again. We will see them healthy, smiling and with a peace and happiness we can't comprehend.
I ask why me too. Mom passed of COVID and I did not say goodbye. She suffered a lot before she died. Still struggling too much. Never have been tested like this. Feels like a punishment. Take care of yourself. They did not die so that you can suffer and feel pain. They want us to be happy.

I lost my wife and soulmate Sarah on 8/24/2021. I miss and grieve for her everyday, and it good to hear God's word. I pray for comfort and peace, for all the people that has lost love ones. This really stood out to me because I just lost my husband this month and I have cried every day since then and just felt like I can't go on... the pain is just too terrible.... and I noticed your comment because our anniversary is August 24th. We even told each other that we loved each other every time the clock said 8:24 and we noticed it. Lost my dad to AML Leukemia on July 3rd 2023 @ 1:55am. He took his last breath reaching to the sky, I believe he was reaching for the hands of Christ. I’m hurt everyday and feel sad most days but I cling onto the promises of Christ for comfort.

The Bible says what happens when we die (Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10), the hope of a ressurection on the earth (John 5:28, 29) and God's promise of a perfect earth, health and no death ever again (Rev. 21:3,4). I definitely look forward to this time God has promised for those who have died to live forever on the earth.
My husband of 42 yrs had an accident on his construction job one day & just never came home. I’m having a hard time moving on. He was my life & I miss him every day. His accident was 9/13/20. It seems like yesterday. I know I’ll see him in heaven one day.

I'm 62 now and I've dealt with death in my family since I was 11 my dad suddenly died, my mom died when I was 23 and all my brothers and friends and last year in July my oldest sister died out of nowhere!! I only have one sister left and she's 67 we look at each other and wonder who's next. Jesus please please help us all who suffer so much loss

I lost my uncle Sept 13, 2023. It has been rough to accept. I just found this video. The saddest part for me is he left behind his 31 yr old son who has Aspergers. His mother is having a hard time dealing in waiting for the right support system to break the news to him. I've called churches for basic assistance and no help or mercy is being given. This world has changed so much. We are so busy we have no time to minister to one another. Please pray for God to send his mercy to his son and widow. My uncle was his primary caregiver and he died in service and sacrifice to his son.
We are gathered together this morning waiting for our mother to die. She fought Alzheimer’s for 12 years. We are listening to this as she’s gasping for her last breaths. It comforts us knowing she will soon be in heaven.

I am pretty sure I heard this .. May 17th 2016.. been 4 years ago now .. I found my son at 29 dead.. he was healthy and a good dad... a rare condition .. where a virus attacks the heart Myocardist .. .. I think watched but wasn’t listening... I was truly devastated.. couldn’t eat .. cried daily and honestly very angry at God for taking my son. The pain is easier to handle but it never goes away. I listened to so many child loss articles .. my anger has subsided.. I feel certain HE knew I would be mad anyways .. but my life at least will never be the same .. but I do know that someday I will see him again. It’s the hardest thing anyone will ever have to do is bury their child. No one knows unless they to have suffered this loss .. I miss him every single day
In 3 years I lost my father, mother and, first child. To suicide and cancer and ectopic pregnancy. Then lost my cat of 13 years to severe asthma. All before the age of 32. All within a 4 year time frame. Grateful I have my husband still and we have a precious 3.5 year old. I pray psalm 91 over them as much as we can.
Do you look forward to seeing her on a paradise earth after God has done away with death, sickness and pain (Rev. 21:3, 4)? She is asleep in death (Ecclesiastes 9:5) and through the resurrection God promises (John 5:28, 29) she will have perfect health. How exciting it will be to see her with no infirmities and millions of others. God truly loves us. Sorry for your loss, take comfort in the hope only God can give.

It's so sad to worry about those who have died but since the Bible tells us they are not conscious (Ecclesiastes 9:5) death is likened to a sleep. Those we love God has promised to resurrect (John 5:28, 29) on earth which will be a Paradise as it was originally created. No one will be sick or die ever again (Rev. 21:3, 4). How comforting. I pray this eases your mind and comforts you.
@@emesass5959the Bible doesn’t teach this, Paul mentions being absent from the body is being present with the lord. Many scriptures back up life right after we die. The body sleeps which means our physical body but the spirit goes to the lord. Just like the parable Jesus talked about with Lazarus and the rich man cloth in fine linen. Both died and immediately goes. Praise God.

I’m so sorry!! I lost my son 17 months ago and it’s the worst thing that can happen to a mother. The pain is excruciating! Thank God for His promises or I wouldn’t survive this. Prayers for you.
My mom passed 4 hours and 7 minutes ago. Spent about 27 hours at the hospital while she transitioned to hospice care and passed. The nurses shift change was at midnight. I didn't know it at the time, but God showed up, and through my mom's attending nurse for the night reminded me of exactly what was happening. Her name is Salem. While mom's vital signs were slowing decreasing, she asked if I believed in God. She reminded me of God's faithfulness, God's word, and His promises. God used her as an incredible comfort to me and to urge me to focus on what I've been neglecting for about a year. 3 times over the course of 2 hours, Salem said to read your Bible (and included 3 hugs). Though I listen to sermons almost daily, actually reading His word has been neglected. Jesus sent her to comfort and help my walk with Him with the very words He knew I needed. He used Salem in my hour of need. He was right there for me, just the way I needed. He knows. He does. He will. All glory to God, my Savior Jesus!

My moms is in hospice care on her deathbed right now. She had such a rough life with so much trauma. She got sexually assaulted, beat up, felt unloved, lost her mother, and had a miscarriage. She was an alcoholic most her life to “help” her emotions. The alcohol is such a monster and I wish I could have done more to help her quit. She’s only 51 years of age and dying 🥲 and I’m 18. I pray lord Jesus that you help everyone who has lost or losing a loved one get through it. I pray you give us strength oh lord and I pray you have mercy on my mothers soul. Please lord accept her in heaven with open arms. She had a rough life lord and you got her through it all. Thank you lord Jesus. Please show us that you are with us, give us signs lord Jesus. I always need God with me but I wish he could come to me and hold me tight right now because I need it SO bad. We lost our son Tim in 1986 he was a very strong believer and was almost 13 he drowned in a wild storm with huge waves in lake Michigan , the last words I heard him say were help me. His little sister Rose saw her hero die that day, her heart broke and part of her mind that never completely healed. And although she had some great times and she gave her life to CHRIST she struggled with drugs and died 20 years later in 2006 she was 27 . After all these years we'll have days that we don't think about the deaths of our kids but never a day that we don't miss them . But we do have peace and hope we laugh at good memories sometimes we break down and grieve but always lean on GOD and each other
My parents lost their 1st born and I lost my only older sis. My mom lost her hope and will to live since my sis went home on 5/5/2023. The pain is so real. It hurts so much. I miss my sis so much. I can't even imagine your pain as a mom. I see my mom's pain and I hear her pain (she lives in OH,, me in CA) over the phone. It hurts me to lost my sis and see my parents in pain... living in agony.. I pray for peace for them and you. God's peace!

My mother , 79, passed away today. I was her caregiver with Alzheimer's. She passed in her sleep with her Bible next to her and listening to her radio. She's a believer so I know she is with my Dad in Heaven. Free of suffering further from Alzheimer's and the pain she was going through. Pastor came over and prayed with and older brother. Please pray as we go through the whole process after what we have to take off now. I'm glad we got to say goodbye before I left for work this morning and thankful I did caregiving when it was so draining and difficult. Pastor Greg says "never waste your pain." I want to be a comfort to others.
I just lost my father 4 days ago. Though i feel crushed in my heart, this sermon provides such heavenly comforting words.
My mother died on a Sunday morning at 1am and I played in the praise band that morning and it was the most powerful and spirit filled moments in my Christian walk.
I came across this sermon because I have stopped running away from conviction and holding myself responsible for the unexpected death of my best friend from high school. Today I felt his presence in my house , today I felt the presence of God almighty , today I felt the presence of my father all telling me it’s okay. Today I am a changed person forever.

I lost my only brother 2 months ago. He is at rest after a 16 year battle with heart disease. I'm so happy for him that he's free but my heart is broken because I'll never see him again in the life. I know that God will help me bear his absence in due time.

I lost my father yesterday to brain cancer. I wasn’t with my mother and sister as they saw him decline in health. I’m currently serving in the Army and live away with my wife and 3 boys. I worried about his salvation and even questioned mine. But I’m reminded of the promises God has given us.
My father was a quiet man, a man of few words. But despite that, he was a man of prayer and he dove into the word of God with great passion. He rejoiced whenever I told him that I started praying again and when he saw that my wife and I were teaching our boys about Jesus. I will always miss him and I can’t wait to see him again in heaven.
It brings me joy to know that he currently walks the streets of gold with his mother and my daughter Nova as he gets the tour of paradise.
RIP Dad, I will always love you and I hope to bring honor to God and to you as well ❤️

I lost my grandfather two days ago and haven’t stopped crying. He was so close to me and I saw him get so sick in a short amount of time. Our human lifetimes are but a drop in the ocean of eternity. Loved ones come and go. Our hearts ache when they go. Life has trials, tribulations, pain, loss, suffering. When our life ends and we awake in our real home, from what seemed like a dream we had in the blink of an eye, we'll realize that all those hardships were tests and how our soul handled them was what really mattered. Did we learn and show strength, patience, perseverance, empathy, compassion. And from the good and blessings in life, did we learn and show how to be humble and selfless. In our heavenly home of complete bliss, love, compassion and understanding, we will be our own harshest judge. Not condemning judgement, but a healthy self-reflection that results in a desire to try life again and get it right. So let's get it right this time. Let's show unconditional love to everyone regardless of their beliefs and actions. Practice self-reflection, always learning how to improve yourself to be the best you. Laugh at yourself, it's healthy. Help others without giving it a second thought. Allow others to help you. Talk, even if just with your thoughts, to your loved ones who've gone home before you. Your reunion will be sweeter than you can imagine.

I just lost my mom Feb 10th 2019 we buried her on Valentines Day. She was my best friend. When I have my bad days I wear her favorite sweater and cry very deeply. And talk to God. Because I know she is so happy where she is. And with her parents and all her friends she lost through her life. But; I have been saved since I was 19. I am now 64. And never before has the death and resurrection meant so much to me and what He did for us. We have HOPE. HOPE That we will see them again because of what He did for us. Amen 🙏
I lost my mum six months ago, very suddenly and unexpectedly. I'm 45. She was everything to me, my best friend, mentor and mother. I love her so much and the pain is unbearable. I cry every day. But I know that we'll meet again when the time comes. Until then, she's with Jesus and Mother Mary who she loved so much, and all our pets and relatives. I love you my sweet, sweet mummy.

@@FeliciaPeppers Hi Felicia, I know exactly how you feel, my mom was a great intercessor and wonderful kind person. She was a great age of 88, (but knowing she lived a ripe old age doesn't stop the pain). What I miss the most is her complete love for me. One favourite memory is how she used to stand at the front door and wave me off as I would travel around the globe preaching the gospel, and how she was always waiting for me at the door (with her little Maltese dog) when I returned. She'd sit there until the taxi arrived and then would run out and hug me - the dog would jumping up and wanting my attention. Such a homecoming!
My comfort now is, that it is her turn... She is discovering heaven and experiencing so much, that I can only imagine. But this I know for sure, when It's my turn to enter the doorway of Heaven, she'll be there with her wonderful smiling face - it will be as if the years that have passed have just been a moment. When I miss her, and yes, I still cry a little, but I think of that great day when I will feel her love and excitement once again. I comfort myself in this knowledge.
Your mom will be waiting for you, and she will be so proud of you, do your best until that day, fill your life with helping and loving others. Much love and kind thoughts.

Our 5 years old Daughter went to be with the Lord last month.
Year ago our second daughter 4 months old, went to be with the Lord. God is good, pain is real they are not in our past they are in our future. We grief with the hope. Our 5 years old daughter at the age of 4 have seen dreams and visions about God, Heaven and his glory she said mommy Yeshua/Jesus so beautiful and shinny! Heaven is real. Grief can be transactional or transformational there is only two options getting closer to God or pulling away from him. He knows our pain he knows your pain.
I lost my wonderful husband of 20 years- my high school sweetheart-14 years ago. The pain is unbearable. It still hurts. I have now lost my oldest son 4 weeks ago. I am at a loss, I do not understand. He was 31 and a dad. I love him so much. Only God.

Everything you said is absolutely the way it is. When my dad died I denied it for ten years. Then I went to Germany alone and God did some deep healing. When my mom passed I was numb for a year but I dealt with my grief much sooner. I know I will see them again. They're waiting for me!

I recently lost my great grandma 4 1/2 hours ago. She was breathing but motionless yesterday. She looked like a skeleton. Multiple memories run through my mind. I cried my eyes out all day yesterday as I said bye to her and kiss her head. When I found the news out today, I wondered how I’ll grieve with this. With this coronavirus, she can’t be buried and have a funeral. She gave her life to Jesus 2-4 years ago. She lost her memory and thought she was Catholic. But God never forgot when she gave her life to Him. She’s happy and with her sister and family now in Heaven. I’m glad her suffering is over and now she’s with Jesus. Te amo mamí, voy a verte una día
Six years ago, I lost 4 family members in 1 1/2 years time ... my momma first , ending with my 34 year old stepson. All 4 were close family . I was lost !! I was a backsliding Christian since the late 80’s ... I never lost my faith in my savior and Jesus held me up when I couldn’t hold myself up . Some things are still foggy or I’m unable to remember things after my stepson passed until a year ago , I opened my heart back up to my savior... He never left me for all of those years 🙏♥️ if he had , I would not have made it to type this comment ♥️🙏 Don’t ever give up on Christ or turn your back on The Father , he picks us up when we stumble , he convicts us , but allows us to repent ... His Love is unfaltering, it’s perfect and now I live for God !! I’m so content and my spirit missed his love tremendously 🙏♥️🤗

My husband passed away unexpectedly last month on my birthday December 14, 2021. We though it was bronchitis or pneumonia but turned out to be pulmonary embolism. He went in for a procedure but did not make it. Theres times when I'm ok and times that I'm not but I know my Father is there with me. I feel less suicidal today watching this, after losing my dad unexpectedly last month. He was my best friend and I lived with him. Im still in total shock. He was only 58 and making everyone laugh the day before 😢 I am guilt ridden in things I cant say or change. We wasnt on the best of terms leading up to it over something stupid. We were both so strong headed and didnt show emotion often, but I loved him way more then I openly showed. The day before he started crying when I had to leave for work and I started crying and we hugged and I told him how much I loved him. I walked off and said look at me, he wouldnt because he was still crying. I said 'loook at me' and when he did I blew him a kiss which is unheard of for me. I feel like it was a sign I missed. But thank you I have a feeling of hope today

Well if you want to know the truth from God's word it's clear. There is no mention in the Bible of a pet heaven or dog heaven-and for good reason. Animals cannot take the steps needed to qualify for “the heavenly calling.” (Hebrews 3:1) These steps include taking in knowledge, exercising faith, and obeying God’s commands. (Matthew 19:17; John 3:16; 17:3) Only humans were created with the prospect of living forever.-Genesis 2:16, 17; 3:22, 23.

My wonderful devoted daughter passed on August 21, 2019. She suffered from restrictive lung disease after losing a lung to thymoma, cancer of the thymus. My son passed in 1988. My only two children. Both taken from me - the way I feel. My heart is burden with grief and sorrow. I do have the hope that they are both enjoying all of heaven and that I will join them both someday. God have mercy on me and my family for we are all hurting. Comfort all of us, please. I too, have asked why - why me.

I lost my son in 1997 I know he is with the Lord I cant wait to see him again.
I just lost my husband after 29 years I found him dead in his mancave and I am so lost and heartbroken but Pastor you gave me hope and strength in GOD to help my family and I through this Thank You God Bless.
I lost my daughter on 24 April 2019 I cry every day ,loosing your own child the only one its not easy
Father, bring healing and hope of the reunion this mom will have one day with her daughter. This is not the end..only a temporary separation.
I know your pain is still fresh...I can't even imagine losing your only child , my heart bleeds for you!! My mom died four days ago and I'm an only child...it's so hard to be an only child with no one to grieve with me to the depths that I grieve for my precious beautiful mom. But here we are turning to the Lord by watching this sermon..we are doing the exact thing we are supposed to be doing...I pray for peace in your heart to know that the Lord has your precious child...every one of our tears, He sees and we WILL see our loved ones again..God bless you my fellow sufferer...

I lost my wife and soulmate Sarah on 8/24/2021. I miss and grieve for her everyday, and it good to hear God's word. I pray for comfort and peace, for all the people that has lost love ones. It is really hard, but know that your not alone. Jesus will comfort us, and we will see our loved ones again. Jesus is our savior and he loves us.
This really stood out to me because I just lost my husband this month and I have cried every day since then and just felt like I can't go on... the pain is just too terrible.... and I noticed your comment because our anniversary is August 24th. We even told each other that we loved each other every time the clock said 8:24 and we noticed it. This 24th was very difficult for me and I imagine it was a hard day for you as well so I wanted to send a hug and support. I hope God has brought you some comfort in the last year.

Lost my dad to AML Leukemia on July 3rd 2023 @ 1:55am. He took his last breath reaching to the sky, I believe he was reaching for the hands of Christ. I’m hurt everyday and feel sad most days but I cling onto the promises of Christ for comfort.
Good for you because the Bible tells us exactly what will happen. You will see him again, on the earth in perfect health, never to be sick or experience death. The Bible says what happens when we die (Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10), the hope of a ressurection on the earth (John 5:28, 29) and God's promise of a perfect earth, health and no death ever again (Rev. 21:3,4). I definitely look forward to this time God has promised for those who have died to live forever on the earth.
My husband of 42 yrs had an accident on his construction job one day & just never came home. I’m having a hard time moving on. He was my life & I miss him every day. His accident was 9/13/20. It seems like yesterday. I know I’ll see him in heaven one day.

I'm 62 now and I've dealt with death in my family since I was 11 my dad suddenly died, my mom died when I was 23 and all my brothers and friends and last year in July my oldest sister died out of nowhere!! I only have one sister left and she's 67 we look at each other and wonder who's next. Jesus please please help us all who suffer so much loss

I lost my uncle Sept 13, 2023. It has been rough to accept. I just found this video. The saddest part for me is he left behind his 31 yr old son who has Aspergers. His mother is having a hard time dealing in waiting for the right support system to break the news to him. I've called churches for basic assistance and no help or mercy is being given. This world has changed so much. We are so busy we have no time to minister to one another. Please pray for God to send his mercy to his son and widow. My uncle was his primary caregiver and he died in service and sacrifice to his son.
We are gathered together this morning waiting for our mother to die. She fought Alzheimer’s for 12 years. We are listening to this as she’s gasping for her last breaths. It comforts us knowing she will soon be in heaven.

I am pretty sure I heard this .. May 17th 2016.. been 4 years ago now .. I found my son at 29 dead.. he was healthy and a good dad... a rare condition .. where a virus attacks the heart Myocardist .. .. I think watched but wasn’t listening... I was truly devastated.. couldn’t eat .. cried daily and honestly very angry at God for taking my son. The pain is easier to handle but it never goes away. I listened to so many child loss articles .. my anger has subsided.. I feel certain HE knew I would be mad anyways .. but my life at least will never be the same .. but I do know that someday I will see him again. It’s the hardest thing anyone will ever have to do is bury their child. No one knows unless they to have suffered this loss .. I miss him every single day
In 3 years I lost my father, mother and, first child. To suicide and cancer and ectopic pregnancy. Then lost my cat of 13 years to severe asthma. All before the age of 32. All within a 4 year time frame. Grateful I have my husband still and we have a precious 3.5 year old. I pray psalm 91 over them as much as we can.
I lost my aunt tonight. She had cerebral palsy and was always smiling, I'm going to miss her ❤️
Do you look forward to seeing her on a paradise earth after God has done away with death, sickness and pain (Rev. 21:3, 4)? She is asleep in death (Ecclesiastes 9:5) and through the resurrection God promises (John 5:28, 29) she will have perfect health. How exciting it will be to see her with no infirmities and millions of others. God truly loves us. Sorry for your loss, take comfort in the hope only God can give.

It's so sad to worry about those who have died but since the Bible tells us they are not conscious (Ecclesiastes 9:5) death is likened to a sleep. Those we love God has promised to resurrect (John 5:28, 29) on earth which will be a Paradise as it was originally created. No one will be sick or die ever again (Rev. 21:3, 4). How comforting. I pray this eases your mind and comforts you.
@@emesass5959the Bible doesn’t teach this, Paul mentions being absent from the body is being present with the lord. Many scriptures back up life right after we die. The body sleeps which means our physical body but the spirit goes to the lord. Just like the parable Jesus talked about with Lazarus and the rich man cloth in fine linen. Both died and immediately goes. Praise God.
Lost my twin sister and my youngest daughter in 2020 my daughter was 24 years old I still cry for them I know they are in heaven just praying that Jesus comes back soon

I lost my husband of 24 awesome years of marriage, Eugene had sickle cell and the doctors say he lived 24 years longer than expected, so I am celebrating his life and I know he is in a good place, but it still hurts 6 weeks passed and it feels like yesterday.😢🇧🇸🙏
I lost my son 2 months ago, he had sickle-thalassemia. He lived till 30 yrs, he was my world. I saw him go through so much pain and suffering. I know he is in heaven, but my heart is broken into a million pieces😢 I don't know how to live without him 💔
My son was brutally murdered in April 2019...6 months later in October 2019 my little beautiful angel granddaughter was killed by her neighbor,who run her over with his SUV.pain of losing 2 family members is indescribable.
