Yes, you cannot complain abut >$1000 win. Many dead spins and no one big hit. This is what happened to all Konami games after they updated the software. It helped that I was talking to my neighbor so it didn't look too obvious that I was only recording. It was also a Saturday night and so the machines were really busy. That sucks that local security is bothering you. Do you live near other casinos that allow recording?

Hey! That was a good comeback from being $600 down. I would never take the credit prize. You know Konami games, the dead spins are part of it... it's also part of the anticipation. Haha
On average for a $3 bet and 164 spins, you'd want to get at least $300 back, so for $10 spin, I'd say $900-$1000 would be the expectation. Anything less would be a disappointment and anything more is gravy.
The very first time I played China shores at $3, I actually got a $3000 hand pay with 164 spins. But... out of 164 spins, I only really hit on 3. 2 massive ribbon hits for $1500 and $1400 and another line hit for like $80. The other 161 spins totaled to just about nothing. I never got another handpay since and that was over 2 years ago. Haha
