Things I discovered while testing things myself
It Completely works on impulse slash if the first attack is perfect blocked
Even know it works the same. It's safer to counter the second hit of instant severance after blocking the first attack
The ranged version of darkness rush has the same effect but better since in ranged they don't move forward
Both hits of self destruct from saibaman dose work but without the attack from when landing the counter
Works completely against zetsumei bullet
Completely works on duel ultimates
Completely works on justice combination when blocking it then using the counter on the final hit (before the final hit will have the same effect as the video)
Is safe on godly display if godly display is used with the minimum of 5 ki but they will teleport away after
Final galick rush works without the attack of the counter
Completely works against of appetizing rush
I tested against ki supers that first start with a melee attack and here are my findings
X20 Kamehameha works without the attack portion of the counter activated
Gains invincibility against the spinning portion of ice cannon
The first hit of saiyan spirit give invincibility but it Completely works against the punch
Unlike saiyan spirit the punch of brave heat just gives the invincibility of the counter and will do the ki blast portion, thankfully it's safe since it takes a while for that part to come out
Serious bomb works the same as brave heat against the counter but safer since they don't move when using the ki part
First hit of Super black Kamehameha gives the invincibility but will continue to do the beam (same thing with super black Kamehameha rosé)
Excellent full course first hit gives the invincibility
Completely works against meteor explosion
Completely works against the first hit of kale's gigantic meteor
Doesn't work on the beginning part of energy jet

Funfact: I learned that villainous saibaman is playable in training mode testing self destruct (the reasoning is that I think because it has brainwash attack, it won't let villainous saibaman be playable outside crystal raids and training mode witch is sad)

I’m straight ass at pvp in the game but I’m good at timing counters and I piss so many people off with this
This is the reason why I made a Ki blast super based Namekian with Endless shot, Pressure sign,Death beam, Emperor's Death beam,and Warp Kamehameha to counter this stupid counter and idc what anyone says Pressure sign is still a great counter move ^^

Since pressure sign works against all attacks both ki and strike I agree that it is still the superior counter
It's fine but you can counter Pressure Sign with Ultrasonic Blitz😂😂😂

this attack is a very flashy animation but lacks the damage. and how we saw it used against Jiren you would think it be more.
It does very good damage for being able to combo right into it.
I mean unlike most counters you can follow up after it and the damage is decent
This move doesn’t need a damage buff at all if you can combo into it. That’s just ridiculous
The way it was used against jiren was like a stun attack which is what they made it like in the game plus it's a counter it's not going to be doing that much damage but the move im worried about is spirit pulse that move is weak now as you saw in the anime that move definitely hurt kefla
It's a counter.. on top of that it's a stun and gives a free combo, and it can't be evasived out of, damage isn't needed
might have to do a check on instant severance to see if the counter works on the second hit
For the ones where it stops the move but doesn't do the counter, it will counter if their stamina is broken

So from what I can see, this only works on ults that don't give you armor, or the parts that don't give you armor? I.e. I'm curious, if this is the case, will the counter work on Broly(dbs)'s(the actual character not cac as he has super armor when using attacks) attacks or someone with the super armor limit burst?
We need to get a video with the strike based super attacks. I wonder if it Blocks super god fist, Or brolys grab, because people tend to spam these attacks.
Yes you can counter counters. And yes it works on grabs. I’ve only seen it work against rough ranger tho and burst rush etc so idk.
Some skills doesn't have super armor so basically those attacks that has armor not gonna work

Just flashy skill not impressive in term of gameplay but its good if you want to finish tha match with extreme disrespect
