Class 1-A's reactions to the U.A Traitor in My Hero Academia's Manga UA Traitor arc was heartbreaking, however after Deku captures Aoyama he brings the traitor to All Might, Tsukauchi and the others, to try and get as much information out of him as possible while also getting details on All for One, which quirks All for One Stole leading up to this, and what exactly is going with Aoyama's backstory and the reason why he became the traitor in the first place after being with the class from Season 1 through Season 6 of the MHA anime! Tsukauchi holds NO punches by treating Yuuga like a villain outright, but will anyone in Class 1A have something to say on Aoyama's behalf?

Tsukauchi isn't above forgiveness, but in this moment, he fully believes in appropriate and lawful punishment which includes jail, etc. Izuku is the one who says, "No one deserves to be treated like a villain forever after a single crime." The sad thing is, no matter what his life wouldve ended up a living hell throughout his middle school-highschool years.
One, With the quirk THAT HE DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR??? HIS PARENTS JUST SAID YO HAVE THIS QUIRK FROM THE SKETCHYEST DUDE EVER-- he has had basically no say in the matter and every move or every friendship and connection he makes, to him its genuine but would always be underlined with a level of guilt and horrible feelings. But he HAS to make friends and get along with people instead of being a shut in person, to get information and gain peoples trust. Thankfully those connections ended up working out in his case-- but golly it couldve ended up so much worse.
Hes put people he didnt want hurt in danger for the sake of taking his own family out of danger. (Literally anyone with a loving family would do the same, so I get it.) I know Bakugo feels like Shit with this reveal, but imagine how Aoyama felt in the moment as he quite literally watched from the bushes as Katsuki, someone he would think of as a potential ally in other circumstances, get taken. Even though its actually afos fault (/his parents yk.) Aoyama will feel this guilt for the rest of his life without waver. His bestfriend literally got like half of his body broken too. These things have healed for them, or atleast for the most part. But this horrible thing happened purely because he was born quirkless?? He didnt even ask for it..and knowjng what wouldve happened, he'd never take it.
But without getting the quirk from Afo, his life or atleast half of it wouldve been a shitstorm anyway. Quirkless people are constantly shitted on and pushed out of society. Izuku being a good example at the beginning.
He wouldve been bullied, beat up..who knows what the hell else because of the fucked up society. If he was quirkless and wasnt the traitor, Afo wouldve just simply chosen someome else.
Aoyama is stuck in either of these situations because of the horrible luck of simply being born and having no choice?? Hes my favorite character and it breaks my heart.

It wasn’t togas fault it’s her quirk fault and if ochacho responded a lot kinder and differently she might have turned her self in. Also her parents made her surpress her quirk which as time go on she couldn’t control it anymore.
Mutant type quirk people get opressed all the time so no wonder they trying to kill other it’s what some do to them

Aoyama with his quirk was a great foreshadow that he wasn’t used to it yet. Some quirks hurt the user and yeah stuff like Dark Shadow was never completely under control. But Aoyama would get a stomachache after every shot at the beginning, also never had used it to propel himself so when the first day test happened he didn’t know he wouldn’t get across the finish line in the dash, and needed a second shot. In addition to all this he really never showed off the different levels of his quirk, like a really weak beam just for light or a more concentrated beam saved only for special occasions.

The people that are just insisting to lock Aoyoama away and throw out the key are missing the whole point of his character and why he is the traitor. They have no morals when it comes to these things and insist that being forced to do bad to keep your family alive deserves punishment. As if the postions where reversed and they where strapped into bombs and told to rob a bank they wouldn’t. Human nature will always try to protect themselves unless someone is suicidal, and they sure as hell are going to try and protect their family in these situations no matter the cost.
He shouldn’t have to go to jail and be treated like a villian for trying to keep his family alive. Yes he should be ounished but the circumstances need to be talen into account. And these circumstances dont warrant expulsion or going to jail. It warrants a diffrient type of serve punishment that still acknowledges Ayoama is actually still a good person. Just one that was forced to do horrible things to keep the people they love alive.
Good on Aizawa for most likely realizing that. And still treating the BOY as he is still a CHILD like a human. I could see how more severe the punishment should be is he was an adult but keep in mind this is all still happening when there just KIDS!
