which router u are using try to use same model which I use and also to provide ip in interface u need to have interface..
Try to check do u have that interface or not.
Write command
Sh ip int br with this command u will get what interface u have in ur router.

We Donot creat routing table. It will create by router only we will configure ip add to interface then we will run routing protocol.
