Maybe you are using different router.
Try to check what interface you have in your router.
Write sh ip Int be and check.

When i try to configure the Router fom the laptop i connect them with console cable i go tu laptop terminal but it shows me white screen

Try to use default setting. It will work. You need to go to Desktop then select Terminal (we will use default setting ) press ok then you will access router.
