Cinematic Captures yea, it's actually pretty cool and makes the game a lot scarier, but if this mode becomes permanent, we should be able to choose which view we wanna play in. I personally don't like 1st person, but I'm excited to give it a try here.

How to win as Empire:
1) Find the cave
2) Get a heavy weapon
3) Stay in the cave until shuttle arrives
4) Avoid traps
*Nr. 1 rule* stay together
I just started playing this week and from dying often I can say this perfectly sumz it up.

To think that this was probably a common occurrence after the destruction of the Death Star II as Stormtroopers were trying to get off of Endor.
I was playing this gamemode and me and 16 other storm troopers hid in a cave and the second an ewok popped in we all just held the trigger for 30 seconds

See, this is how the game should be played-every single match I've done has resulted in all of the stormtroopers camping in the caves and guarding all the entrances until they finally scramble for the dropship, resulting in only maybe 15 seconds of actual playtime.
Davey647Returns that cave almost seems like a mistake
The cave might be a good camping spot for stormtroopers, but it's still possible to get them out of there or kill them there if enough ewoks are attacking them at once, or if they aren't guarding every entrance, because then a bunch of ewoks could go and take them by surprise.
But I, really think that the cave is a mistake.
Not for me, I actually managed to survive (only 2 of us left) without going into the cave, plus there's a secret entrance into the cave. Majority of the matches I play at least is always intense, cave or not :D

That cave is actually a death sentence. There’s over 6 entrances Ewoks can swarm from. Especially from the ceiling in the middle of the cave. One good firefly bomb can totally cause chaos
I mean this darkness thing sure adds to the atmosphere but I am quite positive that Imperial Stormtroopers sent down to lead an attack during the night were equipped with night vision helmets.
These are troopers left from the Battle of Endor. No night vision

Gungans, jawas, Tusken raiders, wokiees, wampas man I want all these hunt modes added. This could easily be a full game mode that could stay permanently in the game

Playing this game mode with no hud is the definitive experience. There’s no marker telling you where to go, no gamer tags or health bars. All you have is your gun, a flashlight and a dream.
Someone mod it so heroes can be in it. I want to see Vader choke 8 ewoks at once

How? The Tuskens were based upon the Bedouin, who are Muslim. I mean for crying out loud, all of Tatooine's locations were shot in Tunisia, where Bedouin are in great number and they even used Bedouin architecture for most of buildings you see on Tatooine.

Me and several friends played this morning. Its a blast.
Love these game modes! Hopefully they add a playlist called party modes and it’s a mosh pit of this and Jetpack cargo and that temple assault mode with the jedi vs clones that I’ve heard about (somewhere)
They should add a hunt for those Pray Mantis looking animals from Felucia that you fight in the original Battlefront 2 missiom.

I wish battlefront would ad a mod where it’s survival,…but on an abandoned star destroyer like in death troopers (blackwing virus).
That looks beautiful :o Gives me this Halo 1 vibe, like a combination of the 3rd and the 5th map (the one with the flood). Although killing Ewoks is kinda fucked up :P Still, this setup but with rebels vs the empire, that would be really awesome imo! Everyone gets one or two lives (so that there wont be endless zerging and cancer) and you have a really intense game mode!

MrDakadaka They were always ill-equipped. That's y the Empire would suffer heavy casualties as a result of not equipping their troopers properly.
Taclights are a thing tho. Quit acting like they're some primitive barbarian technology that a professional military would never use.

Now this is where the fun begins
An experience to really have added to this would be playing John Murphy's "In the House - In a Heartbeat" (28 Days Later or 28 Weeks Later) That's the frosting you need for a horror cake.
Wish they would do an HD remaster of the original battlefront 2. Perhaps with upgraded mechanics and such

i found that i have a better chance of survival with my flashlight off until the escort comes and just hide on the edge of map, now they can track foot prints so better off not moving a lot too
If ROTJ Endor battle had be filmed at night it would have eased the hated towards the Ewoks
This is what the fans want. Not more heroes or cool features and maps from previous games, but the ability to play as Ewaks.

A mode like this Death troopers zombies would be better. Dark, first person and survival or mission type. The clone wars has its own share of zombies too the genosian zombies

Personally I would have had a pair of NVGs installed in the helmet, but I dont think NVGs would work here due to how dark it is.

No Hud is the only way to play this for the true experience.
You need to recreate the scene from Aliens when the Marines first encounter the xenomorphs and everything goes to hell. You could overlay the audio too so we hear Hudson go into a panic.
An asymmetrical gamemade where a squad of 4-5 stormtroopers are being hunted by a Wookiee would be considerably better.
You would think that the most advanced empire known to the galaxy would issue their soldiers night-vision.
An Alien vs Predator game with these graphics would be amazing.
This is the only game or game mode that genuinely scares me

i want to get into the Star Wars thing again... and i remember there was an issue on the different games on story mode and multiplayer. Which Battlefront should i buy for PS4? battlefront I or battlefront II? im more of a "story mode" soft gamer.
