Following from the UK. And now starting mine
Great. All the best.
Can you point me to where you get your cement for the price you have displayed. Because I am buying mine for 93cedis
@@stephenappiah-kubi4870 Cement is now 93ghc for Ghacem SS. The 80 bags at 59.50ghc was left of from ground floor casting. Our advice is to bulk buy if you can and arrange for it to be collected later when required.
Your Concrete ratio is very unique. I believe You’re the first in Ghana building RUclips community to go into the various ratios. Nice work.

Windows will let light in on the landing and will also provide ventilation in the house 🏠.
Yes we do love light, there’s is a large window from the landing to roof area.
Great
Thanks for watching
I think I know which window company you are talkiung abt from E. MN'ls channel. Those windows looked great
Yes that’s the one we looked it up and got a quotation. They are nice looking windows.
For me this is an overkill solid concrete slap. I may be wrong? Any particular reason for adoption this technology? Or was your decision influenced by the order of the day?
My opinion is that in this simple building you could have adopted ecologically alternative decking technology. Trust me Ghana is not going to get cold as it is in the West. This is not a fallacy so why not build sustainably. In this context lattice girder beams and fired clay hollow blocks decking is more sustainable. You can trap the heat and sound in the hollow and it is cost effective modern building technology. I don't think anyone will drop a bomb on your building that it needs to be fortified with WW2 concrete slab method.
Today the African family must buillt a house to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Our ancient ancestors were shining example to the world because they built sustainably. Cheers
Thanks
looking very good and neat, pls in your calculations i cant see the labourcost(fee) how much is that pls
All the costs are inclusive of labour costs. However, professional fees are not included. Thanks
Good job guys. How big is your plot
Thank you. Our plot is 100 x 70 ft.
good job , are you guys on ground? or doing everything from the u.k ?
The U.K
New subscribirse, What is the cost of renting the concrete machine??
It’s varies between ghc 400 or ghc 750 plus transport depending on location and access to the site.
You also need to pay the operator and his assistant for the day.
The guide lights that go on the sides of the stairs, do they work via switch or is it an auto on/off?
The sleeves are to run cables from the distribution board on the ground floor to the first floor distribution board.
@@princenikki aaah I see....

What size of land is this? Sorry if I missed it.
It is 70x100, be sure to check out the videos after this episode lots of progress made 😀
@@princenikki thank you! We were having a debate here at home 😅. I thought is was 2.5 plots, the house looks so big and specious. Very well designed.
@@cupcake1065 yes some times people see the land and think it is all however there is unbuilt land at the side which is a separate plot.
@@cupcake1065 Thank you yes we are pleased with our design. The House is 13x17m. It is plenty big enough for our needs. Here’s the 4d ruclips.net/video/1EWmKM9PBR8/видео.html
