Is there a minimum or maximum time for a seed soak with compost tea to get the best result?
I think that partly depends upon what species of seeds you are using because of various thicknesses of seed coats and permeability of them. Some may only need a few minutes where others may need overnight soaking, mainly tree species if you're going that route.
Are you familiar to iroqoi corn medicine? Colet wild plants. Grind them up with water. Heat it up to 60 celsius. let it cool down. Filter it. Soke the seeds in this "tea"
Not sure if teating is required. I do it wit out. Just bunch of diverse gren stuff in to a willo basket and grinde it with hig presser washer through the basket. Easy anf fast. I soked pumkin seed in the green liquid. Snails didnd show intrest in the seedlings. I asume the efect is partially do to nutrients but also endopyten transfer
Is there maximum time after seed treatment when it must be sown? To prevent microbiologie from dying on the seed
It depends on the biology and the storage conditions, but within a couple of weeks is going to be best... rhizobia are less long lived without special processes are more of a concern
Is scarification helpful, maybe thru some type of tumbler?
If there is a hard seed coat, I would say that it could certainly help to get the biology into the seed.

Does Inoculating soybeans make a difference between GMO or non GMO beans ?
I am not aware of any difference there... they both would require rhizobia bacteria to make the associations in order to nodulate

I make 2 year old aged johnson su compost when they do a dna test of the compost they find hundreds of nitrogen fixing bacteria I wonder if all you need is some aged Johnson su compost to coat your seeds with instead of buying inoculants
This is certainly a good part of the overall solution, but if legumes are involved the addition of the rhizobia bacteria is critical if the soil has not had a recent history of the particular legumes... it is pretty cheap insurance for legume nodulation
J-Su seems like an inexpensive option for small farms.
keithberns910 So I planted my cover crops last fall vetch,winter rye,winter pea and they all survived the winter I inoculated all the seeds with the Johnson su compost to see if I’d get good nodulation and I pulled up a small maybe 3” tall vetch plant and it had fat pink nodules right from the top of the roots to the bottom I checked the winter pea and the same thing very good nodulation very happy with the results excited to check the roots one more time before the cover crops are ready to be terminated
