    Another tips is deciding a time you want to wake up in the mornings and wake up the same time every day no matter how little you slept. With time your body will get used to it. Also, wake up the same time every day, even on the weekends. Never sleep in, instead go to bed earlier to get more hours of sleep. Sleep is very important, if you are in school sleep will help you memorize things a lot better. Don't use any screens an hour before bed, instead read a book. Plan your mornings the night before, pack your bag, lay out your clothes, decide what to eat for breakfast so that your mornings are as less stressful as possible. For some reason whenever I set my alarm I automatically wake up before the alarm but when I don't set an alarm I can sleep for hours lol. How the mind work is quite fascinating.

    I need to sleep 9 hours. Waking up at 5am would mean to sleep at 8pm, that would be... complicated 😂

      Naurore25 Me too😂 I could easily sleep 12 hours straight, 8 hours ist the absolute minimum 😂

      @@Cupcakiiiii In my life, I've even slept 14 or 15 hours in my life, several time. Even if I was in my bed before midnight, even after a normal day. I was a cat in a previous life, I see no other explanation 😶.

      Me too, but when I wake up earlier, I need less sleep. I can sleep 8 hours and this is enough.

      You sleep in 1.5 hour intervals so maybe that’s why. If you sleep 7.5 hours you’ll probably feel fine, it’s just that if you sleep 8 you’re probably in deep sleep by then. Not saying this is 100% true, but it’s worked for me, I figured I don’t need as much sleep as I though because I slept in those intervals and it was just easier to get up.

    For me, turning on a space heater as soon as I get up to turn my alarm off is the best thing. Ill also leave a pair of cozy warm pants by my bed and a jacket so I wont be tempted to crawl back into a warm bed.

    I’m watching this at 5 am I don’t know why when I have the time I have to do this to motivate myself also how I got my routine on track I just decided at like 12 am to wake up at 5 the next day so when I got up the next day I was shaking but then when I went to bed it was really easy to fall asleep so I went to bed early

    My problem is not that I cant wake up early, its waking up by myself too early, deciding to go to sleep and then nodding off

    I can't even hear the alarm even if it is in full volume and next to my ears
    Alarms don't work for me 😂

      My parents wake when i on alarm and me dead even I have my mobile phone near my ears I can't here my parents wake me dead but I am morning person I am not kidding 😇

    I need at least 8 hours so if I wake up at 5 I need to sleep at 9 and I don’t even finish work til 930

    Do you have any tips for someone who doesn’t normally fall asleep until about 00:00 or 01:00 but can still wake up at 05:00 to 06:00 because at the moment I am only getting 5 or 6 hours sleep which isn’t good for doing exams. All I am asking is if you can tell me any other tips on how to fall asleep faster because I have tried your methods and they don’t seem to work for me. Thanks 😊
