This took me 10:00 and a lot of saves. First, the staff woman goes inside when you shoot the camera now, not to the right. Second, the first target is early so you basically only have time to open the door and headshot him. Third, I just headshotted the second target after hitting his guard with a brick. Fourth, I also headshotted the last target because why not. Every other detail I did just like you. Thanks man!
To save a lot of time without having to kill the Maelstrom over and over and over again, find and kill him once and then save your game. You will then focus on the other 2 targets to complete the assassination, feats and discovery challenges to unlock new weapons, gadgets and different starting points in the game. Just remember to save and load the game each time after you eliminate the Maelstrom without having to start all over again.

you have to be a specific distance. not too close (when the strangle icon comes up) nor too far. you have to be close but without triggering the icon from popping up. you can do it slowly and pressing repeatedly.
The characters do say a bit Hindi tho. But since it's an English game, it would be hard for foreigners to understand everything. Perhaps there might be unofficial dubbed versions of it?
