the reason you can push more weight with the pronated grip is that other muscles like front delts, chest etc. are helping with the movement....by using underhand grip is all triceps...grip strenght is not the limiting factor although is worked hard also...underhand grip is better,at least for me....
Yea i don’t even listen to people like that this just randomly popped up on here I been lifting for 15 years I’ve did all of that already underhand grip overhand grip yea it’s harder under hand it’s a lot harder u can easily put more weight the regular way but I don’t like doin that I do underhand to make it harder purposely I bench 515 and reverse grip is part of what helped me get to that level over the years these kids need to learn from people who’ve been doin this for years not just making up stuff because they assume it’s better for u I been a trainer for 11 years I wouldn’t listen to him if it was the last thing I had to do lmao
wrong the underhand will target the inner part of the tricep at a higher degree. start with overhand and finnish with underhand as it's alot harder, since forearms cant help you. also u will never feel it in the forearm in the underhand grip so this guy is talking smack

@@bigb8862 agree 100%
UR RIGHT OMG
I think the underhand grip isolate more the medial head
No it doesn't
@@overlord3481it is and I know it does, because my medial head has started to make massive improvements since I started doing them
Superb info per usual man! 🔥
Appreciate it!
fantastic video!
Appreciate it!
Very good sir!! ❤
Thank you! :)
I feel more of a tricep pump with underhand grip
Bro my trainer said not to go up over 45°
U can go a little bit, it won't affect much. Restricting to 45 puts extra load on your elbow joint causing injuries
No way, under hand hits more if you forearms give out there weak 🤔

You are incorrect, the forearm has no attachment to your triceps.
