@@vinnieedit9210 If they over inflate 4 stars that means you're less likely to e6 the current ones. I have almost every one of them e6. I'm missing a few. Misha and Luka are the 2 I don't have full eidolons on. This helps new players and f2p players by giving those 4 stars really good eidolons to collect. Most of the new 4 stars have 5 star kits once e6. So I think the one new 4 star every few updates works better than adding them like crazy.

Me being greedy but lowkey wish they would add more 4 stars but give away e0 for free every new 4 star. To me that doesn't remove the incentive to pull for the eidolons. It also gives players things to do while you wait the 21 days for next patch and also paints the developers in a great light. Though ik it's ultimately a bad decision since people will start thinking it's the standard for generosity and just want more.

They want to force you to make a tough decision and pressure you to whale. If all the characters you want are on the same run you will feel like you need to pull out your credit card. They do the same thing with the 4 stars. Notice how the premier unit always has the better 4 stars. Basically making it so you have to commit for the worse 5 star if you also want it.

The pity DOES carry over between banners. The Stepleaks channel said it, as well as the Seele and Team Mew ones. I don't know where u read it that as "doesn't carry"
Well it's funny bc I thought they mentioned if you fail the 50/50 on the banner you still have a chance to get anyone from standard banner aswell as the ones on the new banner mixed in. So like you pull for Kafka bit fail the 50/50. So now it pulls from the 3 on the banner as well as the standard banner 5 stars. So you still have a chance to get the ones you want. It may not be true anymore but that's what a couple videos I saw said a couple days ago.
Looking at it from a monetary scale, if Robin is in the triple rerun, that is easy stonks for mihoyo from us people who dont have a Robin. There's too much synergy missing is Robin is to not be put in.

I wanted feixiao but idk almost everyone says she's mid, she needs e1 robin, she needs aventurine but i don't even have robin or aventurine and I'm a f2p only 😢
Since it's mostly FUA , You need Robin. With Robin Ult you get so much dmg and wont be tied to Feixiao dmg only. For aventurine he does so many FUAs and gives stack to Feixiao. But imo only Robin is %100 needed.
People was saying jiaoqiu was going to be bad, but here he is being a well solid character. Just pull for the characters you like, and have fun with the game

I have been agonising all morning over the rumours of Robin and Topaz both potentially showing up in patch 2.5, and much as I love Topaz's character: I hope neither of them are in patch 2.5, because then it will streamline my decision making process to "Feixiao, and then hold until Aventurine re-run".
I hope they give us more options to choose from on the rerun banners, if we can only choose between one or two character we will eventually hit a patch update where we have multiple characters who hadn't seen a rerun in 6+ months. I was originally going to pull Kafka but as of now DoT isn't the most viable team archetype at the moment, while yes it can output good damage, there isn't really much support for DoT (Like a DoT focus sustain or DoT focus support) as HSR is currently focusing around FUA and Break which I find such a shame because DoT is one of my favourite playstyles but this can also be said for other playstyles at the moment and perhaps DoT will get the support it needs and this also goes for other team archetypes as well that have not yet been as established as FUA and to some extent Break. But don't let this comment incentivise you into not pulling these units because after all I pull for "Meta".

One banner will be all FUA the other will be all DOT. Just seems most likely one for all the Feixiao supports and one for all the Acheron supports.

@@JMike-bq6rl I supposed. But I see something out of the ordinary like a triple banner rerun as an opportunity and nothing alse. It's a one chance thing. But I understand the "why" that situation would be frustrating. I just go into it only if I can guarantee the character.
I have been agonising all morning over the rumours of Robin and Topaz both potentially showing up in patch 2.5, and much as I love Topaz's character: I hope neither of them are in patch 2.5, because then it will streamline my decision making process to "Feixiao, and then hold until Aventurine re-run".
Honestly the new banner system seems pretty cool, I'm excited to see it. Also Feixiao you're coming home next update (hopefully I win my 50/50)
I hope they give us more options to choose from on the rerun banners, if we can only choose between one or two character we will eventually hit a patch update where we have multiple characters who hadn't seen a rerun in 6+ months. Or maybe they will increase the 2 character banner per cycle to 3 permanently. I'm all for more banner diversity if they make it flexible.

I hope this triple banner will be as the one in honkai, therefore said u are garantee to get the character u chose, but it is still much better than the hronical wish. Hope they will implement the honkai variant to genshin as well at some point
New banner system sounds awesome, but is going to make choosing difficult especially is you want more than one. F2P is going to have saving problems.

this version is gonna be tempting for f2ps tbh- Kafka and Black Swan literally make a team on their own, while Feixiao and Robin can be paired w the free hunt March and there u go ! ANOTHER BROKEN TEAM.

I think the triple banner selector for limited 5* is a really good idea, especially because Hoyo can get through a bunch of different characters without the player needing to wait whole patches at a chance to get a character rerun they want

I was originally going to pull Kafka but as of now DoT isn't the most viable team archetype at the moment, while yes it can output good damage, there isn't really much support for DoT (Like a DoT focus sustain or DoT focus support) as HSR is currently focusing around FUA and Break which I find such a shame because DoT is one of my favourite playstyles but this can also be said for other playstyles at the moment and perhaps DoT will get the support it needs and this also goes for other team archetypes as well that have not yet been as established as FUA and to some extent Break. But don't let this comment incentivise you into not pulling these units because after all I pull for "Meta".
Feixiao seems like a must pull character, she might power creep archeron too so im saving up for her eidolons
Yeah she was reaching the line to powercreep her but that was her v1 ,she got nerfed but still good,but not good as Acheron anymore she needs E2,many are skipping her
