Had me crying my eyes out thinking of my marriage, and how it ended so tragically after 22 years, and how much I miss her and regret my actions that led to its demise. How can I ever forgive myself for my part in its demise?
Forgiveness comes internally before it can come externally. I am sorry for your pain; understand we all go through dark moments in our lives. It takes time for us to find balance, there's no rush in this, as long as you're moving forward.

You are so right Its been three months and finally I accepted it and learned I can live without him Also letting go does not mean you don't leave the door open for a reconciliation. It puts you in a place for a new beginning maybe even with the dumper.
Thank you clutch. My first real love 3.5years with this person. Both got to the same college and we were suppose to move in together but she left me and changed to a different person. I tried and tried because I knew that I couldnt be around her if not in a relationship. She started doing things I could ever imagine and hurt me so bad. I had enough and went no contact. She did horrible thing to me at college because I didnt give any attention to her. U know what hurts the other person after 3.5years u know.. I couldnt be there anymore. Now studying from home. Being in no contact. I really understood during the past weeks that I cant ever forgive her for what she has done. Destroyed everything we had, our future together everything, for what? For wanting to go out to party and drink like a teenager. So fucking childish I deserve more than this. Its now about 3months since the breakup and 1month no contact. I deserve so much more. How could I ever take her back if she even has the heart to understand what she did. I wasnt perfect but the good outweight the bad in my part so heavily. How could I Clutch? Women and men are very different. Men are attracted to beauty and femininity, where as women are attracted to strength and masculinity. You most likely acted in a strong masculine way in the beginning of the relationship and that's what attracted her, however over time (the 3.5yrs), like 90% of men out there you begin to see how much time you've invested in her and the relationship and see a future with her, so you start letting little things slide and start showing weakness, i.e after an argument you will see some things you have done wrong and apologise for that and go to her, instead of what you would do at the beginning, where you would let her come to you and you would stand by what you said, or maybe when she's been disrespectful you've allowed it to slide, or you've come across jealous or needy or insecure at times, which all translate to weakness in a woman's mind. Essentially a woman will test you and after you've failed a certain amount she will leave, if you chase this shows weakness again and that she is a higher value than you. A woman won't do these tests or pick up on weakness consciously but instead subconsciously and then her sub will give her conscious a feeling (i.e not wanting to be with you or no love anymore) and then she is left consciously trying to find a reason for this feeling. This is why when a lot of women break up, there reason for doing so is often, they just don't feel it anymore or they will find something silly that you feel could easily be fixed, but in actual fact the reason isn't really the real reason for the break up. A man will be in a relationship for 10yrs and might not feel the same towards a woman but will look at all the time and everything he's invested and will stay due to that, however a woman could be with a guy for 10yrs and just leave if they don't feel it anymore, as there subconscious is designed this way to help them find the strongest mate and survive and have strong offspring (known as hypergamy). Just know that as long as a man acts strong and masculine a woman will never leave (you must simply pass her tests). I would recommend you watch some develop attraction videos in order to understand where you went wrong and how best to handle situations in the future in order to show strength and masculinity.
Forgiveness is a natural consequence of pain. I know it's crazy to hear. We all aim for being our best selves. It takes time to develop and grow. It will take time for you to come to terms with this situation and outcome. You're not alone. You got this!

Yes it’s true, this man used me to get green card then leave, omg I took care of him for 10 yrs, came here and leave soon as he got his card, I am so hurt, and never want to see him again, he file for divorce, I so wish that immigration can see all this, and get innocents kids instead of traitors...
