It’s the owners choice, Elegee said they recommended basic setup but the owner is looking for a different setup to his playing style. Suhr set up and pleked their guitars at the factory unless something happened to the instrument or the owner wanted a different set up.
Suhr out of the box are pleked and set up, it’s up to the owner if they change it. They do it free of charge at the factory in Lake Elsinore, just talk to their service department if newly purchased they will send you a pre paid shipping label all you need is to drop the guitar at UPS but for overseas talk to Suhr service department.

As mentioned by sir jon, it was already set up by the factory pretty good and only offered basic set up but the owner wanted full set up just like what they did to his other guitars..owner has been a loyal customer of elegee and wanted the same touch/set up as to his other guitars..

@@chazbarrientos7691 there’s usually a recommendation to not open the box immediately let it set for a day or two to acclimate the guitar.

Staggered yung height ng tuners. From low E string pinaka mataas, then pababa, high E string pinaka maigsi. Kaya hindi na kailangan ng string tree.
Why was this necessary? Suhr guitars are PLEKed in the factory if I'm not mistaken.
