In my opinion Speedy is a mid to high tier on deadly super summon bros, his luck is not the best but his combos and frame data are kinda nasty ngl. Now Nagato in the other hand, I would say it's a high tier for sure, his frame data, combos and luck are amazing, but the best part about him is the alternative maid costume, that's what makes Nagato a top tier (I'm a Nagato main btw) Yes, I did this, don't judge me
