That ceiling thing happened to my old apartment. My old apartment was three floors and each floor was one house right so I went to go brush my teeth one morning to see a big “ceiling nipple” above the toilet so I told my mom and she put a big bowl under it and got a small needle and poked it and it was yellow toilet water form the upstairs neighbors. So now it’s painted and fixed but I will never forget that tragic moment😖. All I wanted was to brush my teeth..😔
