Not to sound rude, but I totally agree. It's a bit annoying to watch reactors not have any idea what's going on despite the show having explained things multiple times. It's nice to watch someone who has a good understanding on the show.
This 3 episodes are not only one of the best fights in the show, but is also the point where you can see Kishimoto actually putting the story in the rails, because you can see a lot of foreshadowing for next arcs. and the best part about is that they are so well done that most of them are only noticeable upon rewatchs.

One thing that went over my head for a very long time was how heavy the ankle weights were. I always thought they were filled with gunpowder or something and failed to realize that the "explosion" was just the impact of the weights hitting the floor. Lol
Lee was already down, Gaara didn't need the sand cofin to win the fight, but you can see his resentment towards a rival that 'humiliated' him by cracking up his sand armor, so he took the extra effort to ruin Lee's future, showing how spiteful and hating he truly is.
Like and sub,i like japanese audio better than english dub,on animes english kinda do it really bad and don´t get me wrong i love english language but i prefer japanese on animes and some games.grettings from Argentina,sorry if i spell something wrong,i learned by myself.No one did Toriko yet,can you watch at least 10 episodes?.This battle is awesome,everybody loved it even people that don´t watch animes at all,Naruto anime is badass,we watched a long time ago,full episodes and Shippuden aswell no skip on filler either.

41:55 Japanese barbecue, or yakiniku, actually originated from ethnic Koreans who lived in Japan. The style is very different these days though.

When I found out who Gaara was, I saw how strong Lee was to reach this level of battle.
