Lots of good points here, if I may add to the "fast hanger" insight. Many overlook the simple detail about gutters being able to overflow the front instead of back. The pre-loaded hanger often causes the penetration to be lower and screw driven back into the fascia at a negative angle. A traditional hanger allows the installer to float the hanger and keep the penetrations high. This will help insure that the fascia penetration stays somewhat water tight.
