This level pretty much shows no matter how much 3DW lacks, there’s still hundreds of ways to be creative with it.
The last boom boom boss fight was cool!
I think I'd actually like these types of levels if they toned down on the amount of coins and 1-ups. Like seriously how many of them do they possibly need
Allot of the one ups are optional though

anyway this level is fine af, so much variety and it looks very fun.
After get bumped by horizontal spring, Mario can't be affected to dash block for a while.

Not a bad level, but it was kind of all over the place. It would’ve been nice with a little more focus.

Unpopular opinion here: The boss fight sucks.
All you do is hit spike-balls into pipes with them occasionally not hitting Boom-Boom. There’s no challenge because if you get hit, you could always replenish your cat-suit. What if there was a time limit? What if homing missiles were shot every now and then? What if anything can actually threaten you?
I'm gonna admit, this is a really cool level
Especially the Boom Boom boss battle. Having that Spike provide spike balls for you to defeat him and the beeping blocks and clear pipes make it a challenge.
The whole level is a masterpiece.
The boom boom boss fight was a good concept on paper, but as you can see in the video, if you attempt to attack every interval there is no need for the other pipe since boom boom would have triggered his I-frames anyway.
It does use 3D world assets to a great extent and shows good amounts of creativity but there's barely any difficulty or consequence since bad choices are basically cornered off. A lot of the enemies were used as decoration (I really like the bull pushing minigame btw, but you can practically skip it by JUMPING). The level is also way too flashy imo. The 1ups are optional but incredibly excessive and coins were all over the place, so it look really messy. Maybe it's the aesthetic they were going for but it's just too much on the eyes.
The dragon looked cool and all but there's really no point in this kind of add on if it doesn't represent the flavour in the section. If done well as foreshadowing it could have actually been important. Now it's kind of like the strawberry on the Neapolitan, an extra flavour that clashes with the overall aesthetic and drags it down.
3D boost pads should also have been given more spotlight imo.

If this level is in endless challenge, it would basically make the challenge make more sense considering how many lives you'll get.
In the level your like eaten by a giant Moutan dragon so it should be called dragon swallow

I’m confused as to what this level is trying to be and the name doesn’t make any sense other than the thumbnail is it a puzzle level or is it traditional? Or is it a kaizo level I feel like they should’ve focused on one instead of being a combination
