By the time the cruise ship episode takes place, DogDay's mind is healing, so the dream is way less strange than the school one. The perspective still changes between characters, but not as much. That would also explain why that episode has an intro, he's dreaming in the 3rd person. Finally, Sweet Sheep is absent from the hiking trip. He's mentioned, but he's not there. Why would he suddenly not be there? The seemingly random monsters in the forest, Bubba getting temporarily smart from the radiation, KickinChicken ascending, stuff like that doesn't happen in real life. DogDay HAS to be dreaming. And to top it all off, he WAKES UP. (or DOES he?) At first when I came up with this it didn't sound very likely, it sounded like some "uhh X character is in a coma that would explain- blah blah blah" but the ending of this one confirms my theory to be true, or at the least pretty likely. DogDay could still be asleep for all we know, we'll just have to wait and see what our critters get themselves into next time. (sorry for that, I just got exited after that ending.)
