is anyone else slightly annoyed how in this entire recording you can only hear the crowd when something is expected of them? such as the floodgates part in destabilise, or the three claps in SYNAW, silence before and silence after, sounds so unnatural. but most notable example is this song. in the record you only hear the crowd at Robbie Williams part, but just a few seconds ago at Gandhis speech.. total silence? What the hell? I clearly remember people reacting to 'Gandhi' coming out on stage with cheers and laughter.
yeah i noticed that too, on the night everyone was so enthusiastic and this album really doesn't show that very well - as good as this is - live from planet earth/live from london were much better live albums simply since you could really feel the atmosphere because of the noise of the crowd and I'm disappointed they decided to cut out so much of it this time
I guess, they wiped the crowd sound out where it was not necessary. Maybe this was made for you to enjoy new arrangements of their familiar tracks and not being annoyed with constant outside noises. Perhaps it doesn't work for the atmosphere but provides more qualitative sound. And also, there are many of DVD conserts were made this way, it's fairly common practice
yeah man, looks like this was mixed for a dvd which didnt make it, yeah well at least all the instruments and voices from stage sound top and the gig overall is a quality listening experience.
honestly everyone singing robbie williams in unison and immediately returning to their madness was the greatest thing ever
Bekki Horton I felt so much better afterwards
Bekki Horton might be the most amazing thing I've ever heard in my life. I've give my kidney to see them at the Pally
What would Robbie Williams do?

Well, there's always an option to watch rockpalast show video, pretty similar to this one but unmixed
Hansky why doesn't anybody ever comment on any of the other albums? These are the most comments that I've seen so far.
