Hey Rev. Ty - this is a follow up to your message last Wednesday about God sees me struggle but He also sees the reason behind my struggle. I ordered the daily devotional you recommended: Streams in the Desert. There was a line today (August 30th) that just laid me out: “the only thing that helps no one is a dead calm.” I’ve never been a fisherman but I’ve encountered some storms and winds over the last 75 years. So I know for sure - dead calm rarely helped me grow. It gave me relief and I pretty much stayed still but I hardly advanced. Continued blessings on you and your ministry anointed preacher / teacher!
