Masarap na clase ng pusit yan, first class at hindi matigas. Kaya lng para na po siyang overcook dahil sa tagal ng pagkaluto. Tumitigas ang pusit pag masyadong matagal ang pagkaluto.
hi ian yung ginamit kong pusit po ung maliliit so khit matagal ang pagluto hindi sya kukunat or titigas hindi po sya kagaya ng pusit na ginagamit sa calameres, by the way salamat sa panonood :)
Nakakita ako ng fresh squid from Niigata Japan, at first time kong magluluto dito. Karamihan kasi sa supermarket, linis na, kaya nawawala yung tinta ng squid. Which is isa sa nagpapapasarap. The best po yung ginawa nyo na pinakita nyo how to clean squid. Thank you p0.

Question: Wala na po bang tatanggalin na laman sa loob yung pusit? Or di lang napakita sa video? Sabe saken ng frenemy ko dapat daw alisin yung laman pa sa loob ng katawan ng pusit kase isda daw yun na kinakain nila. Medyo nandidiri tuloy ako .help pooo

@@janeborja1328 hindi nilalagyan ng tubig. Problema ko nga pag niluluto ang pusit matubig. Eh gusto ko malapot ang sabaw. Pag naovercook naman chewy ang pusit. Ung iba hinahango ang pusit pag nagisa na tapos lulutuin ulit ung sabaw.
