I've just finished reading this book, and I loved it soo much!! please can someone recommend something similar? or really anything that I should read next?
I was really enjoying this interview until you added the spoilers Will. Why? Please warn about any spoilers for those of us who haven't read the book yet!
Sorry about that, I thought I was only talking about things that are mentioned on the back of the book rather than anything revealed inside (although I appreciate some readers even avoid the blurb).
No need to apologise, the last thing I'd want to do is ruin anyone's enjoyment of a book by spoiling anything! Anyway, great to hear you've got the book, do please come back and tell me how you get on.
I loathe the reactions of people who describe it as funny or comedic. there are some funny parts but if this book didn’t fuck with your self and your brains, consider yourself lucky. it’s is one of the best accounts of true horrid depression and or mental illness. good for you you didnt reaaaally pick that up.
Excellent interview.. I LOVED this book and am reading her other works now. She is lightyears ahead of many peers!
The book is hilarious. And profound in an intuitive way.
More sad than funny.
This book is becoming more than ever relevant.. and its messages is evolving fast. It's a pretty dark one.
i am a total fan after finishing this book. can't wait to read her other works!
I ordered this book right after I finished Eileen, her writing is surprisingly comforting despite the gritty setting and plot of the novel.
she's seriously genius... ottessa, I love your work!
A very good interview. The book sounds very interesting. Definitely on my TBR list. I loved Eileen.

For real, is there a kitchen behind them??

The worst book I've ever read. The author is just as insufferable as the main character. Not a single thing about her is likable. Not one thing.
not everything has to be likable.
Congrats, you didn’t get it. Try again.
smh
lmako what has she done to make you dislike her so much? you sound miserable and pathetic
Youre not used to authenticity i can tell
