If we marges loss making company With profit making company Is there any benifit in corporate tax If my company profit 5cr and I merge company with loss 1 cr Is that loss minus with our profit Balance amt should be taxable?
i have query about mergers in banks like SBI MERGERS That if SBI have owned the debentures in their subsidiaries banks how those debentures amount get settled by SBI after MERGERS As after debetures are shown on the asset side of SBI will now shown where as whose gone to pay the amount to Sbi for that how the accounting process and overall settlement process take place ?
Sir, RBI restricts banks from issuing loans for the acquisition of companies. Is it true? I mean is debt financing for acquiring companies not possible in India through Banks? Thank you.
