Indian market is slowly developing like that of China market where there is no proper opposition. FII knows it very well so they are preparing to exit as DII will take over max amount of market.
Nikunj is saying that some of the reforms are irreversible, looks like he is not listening to Rahuls plans to crash the indian market. All his ideas are too to take India back to primitive age.....
Why SEBI and RBI don't have a four man committee to talk with FII and joint mutual fund commission DII to solve their problems discripcensies with fiis direct one to one
In my opinion, the market will witness continuous downfall, ofcourse in a straight line, till declaration of election result and then some 5% or so crash on that day. In all, may see some 15 to 25% correction in main indices.
Following the 2014 election, the market experienced an upturn as indicated by a Nifty PE ratio is 19.6 (undervaluation). post-2019, election results the market displayed correction on that time Nifty PE ratio of 28 ( overvaluation) Presently, in 2024, the prevailing PE ratio stands at 21*, which indicates the market is fairly valu. My POV- 1. Scenario if BJP win market can raise by 5 to 10 percent 2. Scenario if congrats win market can fall by 10 to 15 percent 3. Scenario if there is no clear majority by either party then the market can show correct upto 20 percent
Good decision by FIIs . They should wait till election results . If BJP government is not formed , China ,Vietnam would be the better bet for them . As the opposition parties will destroy India with corruption and security concerns ..
