His more scientific and organised crime with a moral code behind it in contrast to the violent, bloody chaos nimona brought into the picture was what made their dynamic so fun, but he seems much more nervous and comedically goofy here. It could still be really good if they keep some serious elements in, but I'm still not sure about the more kid friendly direction they're going for considering how dark the book got near the ending. Edit: watched the movie! I still prefer the graphic novel's plot, but the movie was awesome and I'd definitely watch it again :)

"NIAGARA FALLS! Slowly I turned, step by step, inch by inch..." I never heard of Nimona before, but damn, this looks incredible.
I highly recommend the original graphic novel by ND Stephenson. It’s very different, but a lot of fun. If you liked his writing on She-Ra: Princesses of Power or Lumberjanes, you’d love it.
I hope it isn't like the book, I was excited but 50% in I just skipped to the end to see how it ends. But the trailer alone seems to be better then the book.
