As a teacher I like and enjoy my profession . I never followed the boring methods of our education system. Most of the teachers knowledge undi kuda meeru cheppinatlu pillalaku ardhamayyela cheppatam raavatledu. Really I feel bad for that. అమ్మా , మీరు ఆరు పాయింట్స్ చెప్పారు, కానీ అన్నిటికంటే ముఖ్యమైన విషయం చెప్పలేదు, అదేమంటే అసలు విద్య అనేది ఎవరికి అయినా కూడా వాడు ఒక్క పూట తినడానికి లేని వాడు అయినా , లక్షల కోట్ల కి అధిపతి అయినా కూడా ఒక్క రూపాయి కూడా తీసుకోకూడదు అంటే ప్రభుత్వమే విద్య ని పూర్తి ఉచితం గా అందించాలి , రాజ్యాంగం చెప్పిన ప్రకారం అది ప్రభుత్వాల బాధ్యత కూడా , కానీ ప్రభుత్వాలు మనకి కల్పించవలసిన విషయాల లో రాజ్యాంగ ఉల్లంఘన చేస్తున్నారు , విద్యాధికులు కూడా ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఈ విషయం లో ప్రశ్నించడం లేదు .ఒక్క ప్రైవేట్ స్కూల్ , ఒక్క ప్రైవేట్ కాలేజీ, ఒక్క ప్రైవేట్ యూనివర్సిటీ కానీ వుండకూడదు . మన ప్రభుత్వాలు ఒక విద్యార్థి మీద ఒక సంవత్సరానికి అరవై వేలు ఖర్చు పెడుతున్నాయి, కానీ అదే ప్రైవేట్ స్కూల్స్ లో ఒక విద్యార్థి మీద తల్లి తండ్రులు ఒక సంవత్సరానికి పదిహేను వేలు ఖర్చు పెడుతున్నారు , ఈ పదిహేను వేల ఫీజులు వసూలు చేస్తున్న యాజమాన్యాలే వందల కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఆదాయాలు సంపాదిస్తున్నాయి అంటే ఒక విద్యార్థి మీద పదిహేను వేలు ఖర్చు కూడా చాల ఎక్కువే అని అర్ధం , మరి ప్రభుత్వాలు అరవై వేలు ఖర్చు పెడుతున్నా కూడా విద్య రంగం లో ప్రగతి ని అందుకోలేకపోతున్నాము . నా సూచన ఏంటంటే విద్యా రంగం ప్రైమరీ స్కూల్ నుంచి యూనివర్సిటీ వరకు ప్రభుత్వం యొక్క ఆధ్వర్యంలోనే ఉండాలి, కానీ ఖర్చు పెట్టె ప్రతీ రూపాయి లో 80 శాతం మౌలిక సౌకర్యాల కోసం, మీరు చెప్పిన ఆరు పాయింట్స్ కోసం ఖర్చు పెట్టాలి, మిగిలిన 20 శాతం మాత్రమే ఉపాధ్యాయుల జీత భత్యాల కి,ఇతర సిబ్బంది జీత భత్యాల కి ఖర్చు పెట్టాలి, ఈ విధానం కనుక అమలు చేసే మొనగాడు కనుక ప్రధాన మంత్రి, ముఖ్యమంత్రులు అయితే మన దేశం అతి త్వరలోనే అంతులేని అభివృద్ధి అవుతుంది, ఎందుకు అంటే విద్య ని ఉచితం గా పొందిన వాడు అవినీతి చేయడానికి ఆలోచన చేస్తాడు , వాడిలో నైతిక విలువలు ఎక్కువగా ఉంటాయి , వాడికి దేశ భక్తి ఎక్కువ గా ఉంటుంది, నా దేశం ప్రపంచం లో అగ్రగామి గా ఉండాలి అనే ఆలోచన వాడిలో ఉంటుంది , అదే కనుక విద్య ని కొనుక్కుంటే నేనే ఈ ప్రపంచం లో అగ్రగామిగా ఉండాలి అనే ఆలోచన వాడి మైండ్ లో ఉంటుంది .ప్రస్తుత విద్య విధానం లో మనం పిల్లలకి నేర్పేది ఏంటంటే , విద్య అంటే ఒక వ్యాపార వస్తువు , చదువుకో ఆ చదువుతో కోట్లు సంపాదించు ఇదే మనం నేర్పే విద్య విధానం ఈ విధానం లో విద్య నేర్చుకుంటే వాడికి నైతిక విలువలు ఎక్కడ నుంచి వస్తాయి , సమాజం పట్ల అంకిత భావం ఎలా ఏర్పడుతుంది, సమాజాన్ని దోచుకునే భావం ఏర్పడుతుంది . మీ ఆరు పాయింట్స్ కూడా చాల అద్భుతం గా వున్నాయి

Thank you so much for valuable information madam. my personal point of view : Quality teaching evvakapovadam, Education lo Caste based Reservations evvadam. teacher ki student ki relation sariga undaka povadam.
my opinion , the are very limited positions and competition are going higher, if one person is going high and other 10 are falling down . this education system teaches how to enter into that. they don't teach any risky factors like(creating new things , establishing startups). why because every parent wants his son/daughter/transgender to be safe and secure right and students want relax and time pass. coming to reservation system . it should be changed in a way that it should beneficial to ones who are suffering with problems .

Madam we can change all points in the education system in india which u discussed except one *reservation system*.i m also worrying about reservation system in india from my childhood not only education even for govt jobs also they r showing reservation, only god can change the reservation system in india
If we remove caste category than automatically reservation will wipe off
I agree with the reservation system and in my children school play ground is not sufficient for the children and my second daughter has no physical activities in her ukg class .and i gave complaint about that time and now also there is no change and i told so many times to my daughter play games much more time .when they have exams there is no games .in their school they conduct games weekly once . My daughter is studying fifth class .she feel ashame some times when she got less marks .i said so many times no need to worry about marks .you think only how much u can understand only
