How to crochet a rectangular corner to corner scarf:
• How to Crochet a Recta...
Thank you! I was so upset when I opened the wrap and it had knitting pattern only. I decided to youtube it and saw you. Seeing someone else's work made it more beautiful...as always.
Thank you! 💞
Good morning, I really liked how it came out when you did the single crochet and the half double crochet. The see to see is cute but I don't understand how you make a whole scarf using see to see if you could do a tutorial on how to make it a rectangle and longer I would truly appreciate it. I thought that see to see can only make a square but evidently you can do other shapes with A. see to see please share how you do it
I have made a bed jacket out of the buttercup. I love this yarn !
I like the half double pattern
Really like the scarf. 💜💜. Great review showing it in 3 different stitches.
Thank you, Jennifer! How are you feeling?
Still sick but trying everything to get better
i have used the white with pink flowers. Made a baby blanket with tunisian simple stitch, very pretty and I agree, soft.
Awesome! 💞
Wow. This is really beautiful.🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺😃☺
Thank you, hun!
@@CraftyYarnOwlwithDarla you are VERY welcome☺☺☺🌺❤
I read a review ( sorry, can’t remember where) that said for a baby blanket chain up 100 and do rows of DC in the plain color and then SC in the rosebud colors- I did just that and now I have the beginnings of a pretty baby blanket. So far I’ve done 4 rows DC, 4 rows of SC and I’m on the next 4th row of DC. It’s working up a lot faster than all SC 💖
Do you have a tutorial for this pattern? Or a written ppatern?
Yes, I do. Here's the link:

might work up better in a double crochet..build up the green stem the flower on top..id try diff things to get those flowers more pronounced and i dont like the way it turned out in the scarf the flower pattern didnt turn out well in the flow of the scarf..i dont know if id use it or not..it is pretty colors tho..thanks for your opinion and trials : )
Thank you for your honesty! You're welcome!
Just got one. Making baby blanket. Haven't decided to sc or knit
Ooooo... I'd like to see what you make!
I'm making a lap blanket now using single crochet with this yarn in the turquoise color. I'm using a royal blue as an accent stripe to get more mileage as I only have 2 skeins of the bloom yarn. It is beautiful so far and I agree with your assessment. My lap blanket is approximately 1 1/2 yards wide. The bloom part is around 1/2 inch wide doing it this way, but looks beautiful just the same. Loved seeing your samples, thanks so much!
Hi Donna! I'm so sorry I did not get a notification for your comment!! It happens often 😟 You're welcome for this review. I bet your lap blanket turned out beautiful! 💞🤗💞
@@CraftyYarnOwlwithDarla in fact I just finished it this week! I love it. I made it about 5 feet in length. (and 46 +/- inches wide). Thanks for noticing my comment, wow!

Oh yay! I do what I can! 💞
Hello new subscriber here! I really enjoyed your review the best one next to BOD’s !
Wow! Thank you so much! 💞
Beautiful 😘
Love your channel. Always wanted to crochet but my vision is not good enough. ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you! Awww... sorry to hear that.
I just bought some of the chunky bloom and i cant wait to use it aftet seeing your review. The c2c is so pretty! Thank you for reviewing this yarn.
You're welcome! 💞 I haven't tried the chunky yet.
C2c is really lovely.👍🤗
Thank you! I've been hooked on c2c lately!
The scarf turned out cute, also I agree with you that the sc looked better. I am wondering what it would look like with a more textured stitch like a cluster or a puff in the "printed" section of the yarn. $5.99 for 200g sounds like an ok price.
Thank you for mentioning the cluster and the puff stitch! I didn't even think of those! This is one of the reasons I love when people comment! ❤🤗
Beautiful
Thank you, Debra!
Those are beautiful.. Thanks for sharing🥰
did u make any vests with this yarn
Such beautiful yarn Darla. I’ve seen it but never bought any or had any. It s pretty. Love your scarf. Thank you for sharing and showing the different looks of the stitches. I really like it. Great review, sweet Darla.
Thank you, Kelly. I appreciate you❣
Beautiful
And great review
Thank you, Gina!
nice very creative
Thank you! Thank you for coming by!
It works up very beautiful 💖🤗
Thank you! I agree!
I appreciate your review. I prefer the single crochet stitch too. I really love how you chose the corner to corner.
Thank you, Judith! 💞
Thank you for review and the tip about single crochet. I have some of this but haven't worked it up.
Thank you! I'm sure whatever you make will be gorgeous!
I have to agree with you I like the single crochet the best! The corner to corner turned out beautiful because it just about what his exact for each phase of the coloring!
Thank you! I agree! I'll be showing the entire scarf and a hat in a video on January 20. They're part of a 20/20 challenge I'm participating in. I have a video on that on my channel.
Sweetheart this is absolutely gorgeous love the colors absolutely beautiful thank you so much for sharing your sweet work and your beautiful reviews have a blessed sweet happy 2020!!! 💋🙇♀️❤🙇♀️💋💋💋💋
Awww... you're always so sweet! Thank you and God bless you in 2020 and always! ❤🤗
This yarn is very pretty but very difficult to work with. I wish Premier would have made this a little thicker. I wasn't wanting the chunky yarn, but was very surprised at how thin this is and also how much it splits while you are working with it.
So beautiful, loved it👌👌🎂
Thank you!
I loved the idea of the floral print the first time I saw it, so I bought 3 different colors. I quickly realized the floral pattern changes with every project. I make mostly crochet baby items and I haven't found a blanket yet where the pattern stays together. The baby hats worked out great. This yarn is not made for a very wide project. I haven't tried C2C yet. The yarn is very soft and wonderful to work with.
I found a reviewer that said to chain up 100 then double crochet until before the colour changes appear , then do single crochet until the yarn changes back to the plain color. I found that I’ve done 4 rows of DC, then 4 rows of SC and the ‘rose buds’ show up beautifully
Otherwise you’d have to do SC all the way for a baby blanket and it would take forever.
@@kimd186 I was so frustrated with this yarn and then I decided to do that as well. Works very nice on a round baby blanket, too!!
I watched another review video that had this yarn just from a different brand. I ordered it in 6 different colors. Now I'm looking for crochet patterns that work up nice with the bloom colorway. I like the C2C alot. Premier bloom - Hayfield baby blossom - Cicibebe dk - 3 different brands, same yarn.. can't wait to work with it.
It’s so pretty 🤗🤗🤗 I have two more rolls left and haven’t decided what to make yet ...
Thank you for sharing
Thank you!
I too like the C2C. You can't really see the flowers like you can on the single stitch. But it is beautiful. I agree the single has my vote.
Thank you!
I really like the scarf but I'm not sure about the pattern in single crochet or double
I’ve never used this yarn but have seen several reviews and it seems that everybody likes it!!! Yayyy...Happy New Year 2020
Thank you! Happy new year!
I like the single crochet look as well. I've never used the Bloom yarn, but thanks for the review.
Thank you and you're welcome!
Thank you for your honest review😊
You're welcome, sweetie❣

It’s beautiful.......:great review loving it ❤️❤️

Hi Ace!
That yarn is so pretty. I must try it some day.
Thank you!
Awesome! Thanks so much for doing this review Darla. I agree I think the single crochet shows the flower pattern the best. 😊
Thank you, Karen and you're welcome! It took me a little longer to get this review done than I expected, but I got 'er done 😄😁
Hi Darla! I love the way the C2C turned out. It's beautiful. I have never bought any of this yarn but it's in my list of yarns to buy. Thanks for the review. Hugs. ❤
Thank you! You are very welcome! Sooooo... what have you created with your winnings? ☺️
I've not used the yarn but it is beautiful! Great review! 👍
Thank you, Peggy!
So pretty ♡
Thank you!
Like 👍48🥰🥰...beautiful
It is really pretty 😍 thanks for the review! beautiful scarf!
Thank you, Jeannie❣
😡 half way through making my blanket and the yarn became thin and split so I had to rejoin. This has now impacted the beautiful pattern that was forming 😡😡
Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that!
All DC just didn’t look right- the colour changes were too far apart.
Great video enjoyed it check out my new review
Thank you! I will!
I must say I watched a few reviews of this yarn now and sorry, I'm not impressed by it. First of all, from all the "example batches" that people made, it's clear this yarn was meant to be a knitting yarn, and not crochet yarn. No matter what crochet stitch you use and how accurate you get your gauge to be, the flower pattern simply doesn't work up nice in crochet. Everyone have been saying how soft this yarn is, and how great it is to work with, that it "glides" off the hook... But the bottom line is - It isn't cheap, and the result when you crochet with it is underwhelming (in my personal opinion). At the end of the day the question is - would you buy it again? Can you imagine a project where you'll say to yourself - "oh, I'll make it in Premier Bloom, it'll look amazing!"...
Thank you so much for your honest opinion! I appreciate you!❤🤗
