Other than Sanborn himself; this is about the best version I’ve heard!
It’s my sincere hope this song gets covered as many times as miles Davis did “time after time”!

Great job, man. It sounds like you created your own backing track? I've been having trouble finding one. Got ideas? Keep it up!
You are absolutely amazing! Which Yamaha model are you using? Thanks!
This is a first run YAS-62 from 1980.The neck is new though, and slightly brighter and more resonant than one it came with.

What you using in your mouthpiece?
Step baffle - Jumbo Java
Also a little bit of epoxy on the side to help me with my lip weakness. (I had a rough bout of Shingles that damaged a nerve).
@@garyhonor you have a fantastic sound, amazing, !!!!!
@@garyhonoraaah ok and how are you now with.your lip strength? What does the epocy do keep the Reed opening standard smaller?
@@arubaleeconnor It doesn’t get in the way of the facing curve as it’s attached to the side of the mouthpiece. I don’t use that piece anymore. I’ve recovered more or less back to pre-injury strength.
