The poorest people in the slum areas are being kicked out section by section to make room for more high rise apartment buildings. The poor are being relocated to sub standard housing, not what they were promised if they left their homes and small businesses in the slums. Now they can see how obscenely rich people live all around them....
It's still better for poor people and maximum illegal immigrants as they have atleast proper homes instead of poor hut and u don't know that poor people will still live there but in high rise building as land will be less use and can be use for other purposes. So keep ur analysis coherent.

They were lied to and cheated, I don't just make up opinions out of my imagination but have actually researched them. I saw the interviews with the families who had been moved from the slum and they were not happy with their new accommodation. There were all kinds of hazards in these poorly built places, no running water, no electricity and all sorts of problems that made the places unlivable.
