I think its possible that most of the real food is gone. Ive been doubled over in knots for years eating what i can get .its become very painful. So much so that i reluctantly am seeing a doctor about this in a couple of weeks. Seven to ten dumps a day but not eating that much coupled witb weight loss. Pretty sure im done. Or its winter. The sooner the war ends, the sooner Ukraine can begin its ascension to a top tier military power in Europe. But, Ukraine will have to give up the occupied territory. No way around it, Crimea is gone, Donetsk and Luhansk are gone.
