Hi Steve. Thank you for teaching us your amazing technique of drinks. My husband and I enjoy every video. I would love to see a Godfather drink. If you can do it I will appreciate it. Thank you 😊
Chambord, St Germain and Domaine De Canton all come from the same family I found out recently! St Germain and Domaine De Canton are 2 seperate companies each created by a brother who's grand father found Chambord
I'm always waiting for the signature "shake" smile whenever I watch your videos 😂 Love your channel! I've made a couple of your recipes and they came out amazing.
Very classy production! I just returned from Paris where a cheeky local bartender responded to my query for a Martini with serving me a French Martini. That turned out to have nothing to do with a classic Martini, as I found out, however I was pleasantly surprised at the fruity freshness of the drink, so I rushed to place my order for a bottle of Chambord as soon as I returned home and today I finally made my own French Martini! Great way to discover a new cocktail! :)
Hey Steve, Love the channel! My wife and I just recently found it and can't stop watching. You mentioned a Chambord Sidecar in this one, we have another drink that was inspired by a sidecar that I wanted to share. 2 parts (120 ml) of spiced rum ( we use costco's spiced rum or sailor jerry) 1 part (60 ml) orange curacao 1 part (60 ml) fresh lemon juice 1 part (60 ml) 1:1 simple syrup Shaken over ice and strained into a martini glass with a lemon rubbed rim, and coated in a 2 : 1 : .5 mixture of sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. If you try it out let me know what you think! Thank you for all the great ideas and the entertainment, we really appreciate it!
Just tried the chambord royale a few days ago! . It was the first time i had chambord in my life. Very refreshing with subtle raspberry notes, perfect for spring (here in my country). I totally enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing this steve!
Great video. This folks should try at home. 1/2 cup of hot coffee + 2 squirts of Torani dark chocolate pure made sauce. + 3 tablespoons vanilla Haag-Dazs + 1 1/2 tablespoons Chambord. You can make your own adjustments however it’s truly delightful ☕️
Another great Chambord cocktails is the "Nippy Zippy" Equal parts- Chambord Cointreau Raspberry Vodka Shaken together with passion fruit Served in iced glass topped up with cranberry juice
I LOVE the editing so much. And you could just read the phone book, if they still printed them, and I'd at least listen. 😁 Good job to you and your producer wife!! Thank you both.
When making an Oldfashion I put a sugar cube in a glass, a few drops of bitters and a tsp of Chamborg before muddling and adding the Rye. My guest like it and can tell difference but cannot identify what has been added.
Steve I noticed that I can't buy send you anything on the buy the bar back page, I don't know if you're fully stocked at this time or if you just can't restock currently, but there are several things not listed on the page I'd like to buy for you. I love your videos Steve!
Thanks mate! Appreciate your support.. I don’t leave the Buy the Backbar open at all times as I honestly would have too many bottles.. feel free to DM me on Insta as I might already have the bottle in stock that you are keen to see on the channel 👍
Thanks Steve . Me and the misses will try one of these to night for sure . oh btw . here's my favorite Chambord recipe . its call a Royal Flush . put 1 shot each of Chambord ,Crown Royal , Peach tree. mix with Cranberry juice to taste . i like about 4 ozs . Good chit . its like Kool-Aid that kicks your ass lol
We got some to mix with peanut butter whisky to make PBJ shots, but didn't really like it. We ended up mixing one part chambord with one part heavy cream. It's delicious.
Steve, when my wife and I were dating she worked at a bar owned by a friend of ours. They had a drink (typically served there as a shot) which was 2 parts Chambord, 1 part DiSaronno, 2 parts pineapple juice. She still drinks it now either on ice or shaken/strained into a martini glass. I don’t know if it was created at that bar, or borrowed from somewhere/someone else, but I’ve never seen it anywhere else. At that bar it was called “Sex At My House”.
I'm over a year late to this video and it's no where near mother's day but Google must have been checking out my cabinet and suggested this.... The martini is simply candy! And I like candy! My wife suggested (improved) the martini by using 1.5oz of Deep Eddy Peach vodka! An once of white rum is also a good variation.
Hey Steve, as always a major fan of your channel and of what you do, I was wondering that you could include in one of your videos an explanation on the difference between Chambord, Creme de Casis and Creme de Mure. for some people these may be the same but are they? love and greetings!
Chambord is black raspberry, Creme de Casis is black currant, and Creme de Mure is blackberry. All are sweet liqueurs. Chambord is a trademarked brand and the others are generic terms. I'm not sure if there are any other black raspberry liqueurs on the market but there are multiple companies producing Creme de Casis and Creme Mure so sweetness may vary depending on the manufacturer. You could probably sub one for the other without too much fiddling around with ratios but the flavours will differ as they're made from different fruits. I hope that helps.
A lot of places approving to-go cocktails, maybe a video on cocktails that would be good to-go, and how to do large batches of cocktails etc would be a good video.
This channel is great! Im not usually successful with my cocktails. The recipes I find don't specify type of fruit juice (fresh, concentrate etc). I also have trouble understanding if and when cheap spirits can be used instead of expensive ones. Im thinking for some cocktails an expensive brand might give a better result. Its also helpful to have recipes that use brands I have access to!
Hi Steve. Nice one mate. Have you heard of The Red Maurauder? So it was created for the horse race in UK, The Grand National, and as a honour to its sponsor and the winner that year. The sponsor was Martell. The recipe as follows. 45ml Martell (Or what ever you have) 15ml Chambord 45ml Cranberry Squeeze of Lime. Shake over ice and fine strain into coupe. I have had this on menus in the past and sells reasonably well. Check it out, see what you think. Cheers.
I sometimes sub Chambord into an aviation in place of the creme de violette. Makes a delicious variation on the classic, especially for people who don't like the creme de violette.
I've been working on my own Chambord cocktail, which is a great summer time drink if anyone would like to try: 1oz Chambord 1oz Passionfruit liqueur 1oz Blood Orange simple syrup 2oz Pineapple vodka 3oz lemonade Shake, strain and serve
Steve, what's your opinion? Don't you think a Martini should be a more spirit-forward cocktail? I would scale the French martini proportions to: 2 oz of vodka, half ounce of chambord, half ounce of pineapple juice. Garnish with a black raspberry and a lemon twist.
I don't mind sponsored videos when people are upfront about it and its a good product. Now.... If you start shilling raid shadow legends.... Well your lucky i like you more then how to drink....
Treat Mum (or yourself!) this Mother’s Day with a bottle of Chambord! Make sure you watch the last cocktail in the video - deeelicious!
Or any day to treat Mom. 😉
Damn, I am early here.
Hi Steve. Thank you for teaching us your amazing technique of drinks. My husband and I enjoy every video. I would love to see a Godfather drink. If you can do it I will appreciate it. Thank you 😊
What about the father's day?
Omg that last noise at the end of the video made me think about the Look See in the crypt tv universe
If nothing else, drizzle Chambord over vanilla ice cream. It’s a wonderful combination.
Yes!!!!!
I have to try this. I enjoy Amaretto over ice cream.
... I’m definitely trying that.
That sound really really good
I'm using raspberry sorbet and prosecco
Literally just pulled into the driveway after having purchased some Chambord. Your timing is scary, Steve.
Any my mum talked about how great chambord is during our breakfast an hour or so ago, I guess I know what I am buying today
Great drinks! Chambord is like St Germain, it goes with almost anything! So delicious!
Chambord, St Germain and Domaine De Canton all come from the same family I found out recently! St Germain and Domaine De Canton are 2 seperate companies each created by a brother who's grand father found Chambord
@@00lazar00 whoa I didn't know that! Well, that family know how to make some damn tasty booze!! Thanks for fun fact!!
Chambord really doesnt go with everything.

Chambord is great!! Love the cocktails!

Chambord and Bailey's is another winner 🤤👌🥃
I might try that, thanks!

@@StevetheBartender_ The video that git me addicted to chambord, thanks for that my favorite aussie.
That sounds like an amazing morning drink.
It's painfully sweet for me lol but maybe it's others' cup of tea
French martinis are so so good
I've actually never had one. Looking forward to giving this a go👍
Hey Steve, Love the channel! My wife and I just recently found it and can't stop watching. You mentioned a Chambord Sidecar in this one, we have another drink that was inspired by a sidecar that I wanted to share.

Chambord is such a great addition to so many cocktails.
I make hot chocolate from scratch add chambord, top with whip cream. Excellent cozy winter drink.
Also, may I mention the packaging and bottle of this drink is absolutely beautiful! Royal looking
Thanks for the ideas for a few drinks with Chambord. Happy Mothers Day to your mom. Cheers!
It’s really nice in an Espresso Martini. Mr Black, Chambord, Espresso & Vodka. 30 ml each, YUM!!😋
Watched your 4 year old French martini recipe video before this, the improvement in your presentation is mind blowing.
Thanks so much Yorak!

Just tried the Chambord Sidecar now - it's more sour than I had expected, but I like sour cocktails. 😋
Great, other than french martini I never knew what else to do with Chambord, thank you! 👌
Welcome Aiga! Sub in Chambord into a Collins, sour, etc. in place of the sweetener 👌
Another great Chambord cocktails is the "Nippy Zippy"
Equal parts-
Chambord
Cointreau
Raspberry Vodka
Shaken together with passion fruit
Served in iced glass topped up with cranberry juice
Sounds mint gonna give that a go. Is it shaken with passion fruit juice, purée, liqueur or is it fresh please ?
My go to chambord, other then just drinking it, half a shot of it and cream de cacao, really good.
Or with Frangelico. Nuts and Berries. Its pretty good.
I am glad you are being sponsored now bud. Good on you.
Thank you Jesse! Only with great brands of course 👌
Wow,lovely.
Chambord and screwball peanut butter whiskey, for a PB&J 😋😊☺️
That's perfect timing! I recently bought a bottle to try it and I didn't know what to do with it.
Made the French Martini for New Years Eve it was lovely. Thanks !
Three good choices. Of course, all moms should get the best cocktails. Cheers Cocktail Group. 👍🍸
Made the first two cocktails in the video for my wife this morning. They were huge hits! Thanks, Steve for the great content man! Keep it up!!
These are some great riffs! Looking forward to trying a few
Thank you so much for writing such a good description! I'm hard of hearing and don't often get that kind of fairness.
I THROUGHLY ENJOYED your RUclips I am ordering a bottle of Chambrod right now!!!!!!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜I also adore the fact that you try your MAGIC✨✨✨✨✨

wow interesting. Must try it
Thank you for sharing ❤
I bought Chambord recently, after seeing it in one of your videos. Glad you know my every move so well, Steve!
Had a French 75 with half an once of it and it was great
Love Chambers!! I will be trying these out
So excited to make the Chambord Royal today!
That is so good

I love French 🍸. I do like it 3oz pineapple -2oz vodka -1oz chambord, 1/2oz Lime and lemon juice mix to give it the dry taste.
I made myself a chambord sour yesterday evening before knowing your video was coming. Was really tasty.
Yay happy Mother’s Day
Extra thankful for the pineapple juice in my fridge now!
Just made the French martini for my wife..... Holy cow that was a good one!!
Que apuesto! Gracias!
These look soooooooooooooo good
Thanks! This is very helpful for me this weekend
Great channel, thanks for all the content. Can you tell me what kind of Ice machine you have brand/model?
We got some to mix with peanut butter whisky to make PBJ shots, but didn't really like it. We ended up mixing one part chambord with one part heavy cream. It's delicious.
Depends on the peanut butter whiskey, but I need up mixing the three, a mudslide variation.
I like a classic margarita with Chambord replacing the Cointreau for a nice berry margarita.

Great trio man! Can’t go wrong with chambord in anything really lol
Finlandia mentioned! Big cheers from Finland!
A lot of places approving to-go cocktails, maybe a video on cocktails that would be good to-go, and how to do large batches of cocktails etc would be a good video.
I think I'd like your Sidecar with the traditional sugar rim. All three are winners for Mom!

We used to mix black sambuca, Chambord, a few frozen berries (or not) and a splash of club soda. We called it “Transmission Fluid”. 🤤
Black Sambucca isn’t a favourite of mine unfortunately.. 😬
I've got to try that. I've loved Sambucca since I was a kid, and my mum let me have a sip.
Can you do a purple haze cocktail video please
Steve those coctails lookin good man ...good job
Hi Steve. Nice one mate. Have you heard of The Red Maurauder? So it was created for the horse race in UK, The Grand National, and as a honour to its sponsor and the winner that year. The sponsor was Martell. The recipe as follows.
45ml Martell (Or what ever you have)
15ml Chambord
45ml Cranberry
Squeeze of Lime.
Shake over ice and fine strain into coupe.

Don't like or cant get it. Great idea!
Not a bad idea, gotta try it some time.
I've been working on my own Chambord cocktail, which is a great summer time drink if anyone would like to try:
1oz Chambord
1oz Passionfruit liqueur
1oz Blood Orange simple syrup
2oz Pineapple vodka
3oz lemonade
Shake, strain and serve
Sounds too boozy & too sweet on paper, 2 liqueurs & 2 ounces of vodka and a whole ounce of syrup 🤢 maybe I’m wrong though.
Going to make the Sidecar in a few minutes. Looks great. Thanks, Steve!
I always want to know how to drink this! Thanks
Steve, what's your opinion? Don't you think a Martini should be a more spirit-forward cocktail? I would scale the French martini proportions to: 2 oz of vodka, half ounce of chambord, half ounce of pineapple juice. Garnish with a black raspberry and a lemon twist.
is vanilla vodka a better option for French martini?
Cheers 🥂
Awesome timing, I just found a bottle of Chambord at the back of the cabinet.
What are the chances, bought chambord this afternoon. Nice video steve. It also came with three cocktail recipe attached.
Funny enough I made a 4:1 Manhattan using bourbon and Chambord last night. Quite tasty. As you said sub it for sugar, Bramble comes to mind.
Chambord Manhattan... interesting! I'll have to give it a shot!
I like how you're using a new bottle of Chambord while having one almost half empty on the shelf XD
you the coolest dad
Is there a big difference in flavor using chambord versus another blackberry liqueur in a bramble?
Try it with Rumchata... tastes like a Mexican bisquit called "Gansito"
Insert Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch joke here.
as a french boy, seeing champagne mixed hurts :'D
Too good to mix?
It tastes like a melted blackberry lollipop. I like:
2 oz chambord
2 oz st George terrior gin
8 oz ginger ale
Squeeze of lime
Mark of a good RUclipsr - I trust your opinion on something that's sponsored! 👍👍
Thank you Sarah! I appreciate that :-) I’ve had at least 100+ companies reach out to sponsor videos but to date I’ve only worked with 3 of them..

These look good, but I bet a chocolate cocktail recipe with Chambord would be tasty, too.
Chambord and beefeater is the best couple like kane-son
can u make a video for drinking beginners and how to make the cocktails?
Hey Steve, do you know of any cherry flavour based cocktails?
Do i really have to use the Finlandia vodka for the first cocktail? Or would a different brand of vodka work as well? Thank you! :)
In the French martini you taste the Chambord most prominently so any brand of unflavored vodka should work fine
I've had many people ask me how to make Chambord cocktails, and now that they're paying me, I'll do so!
Definitely some great recipes to keep in the back pocket👍
Where do you get your bar supplies? Are you linked in Amazon?
I have an online store, cocktailkit.com.au - but if you’re in the US, I have some recommended tools here: stevethebartender.com.au/shop/
