A lot of people owe Dele tons of apologies. We all love football and understand the passion for the game, etc. However… it’s easy to forget that the people playing on the pitch, no matter how great they are, are still people. People who have the same emotional needs as all of us. Even if they make millions or Euros, Dollars, Pounds a year they are still humans. Dele’s story is incredibly heartbreaking & sad. While I do hope that he can get back to playing football at the height of his skills… that’s not my main hope… I just hope he can feel good about himself within his own heart, skin, mind & soul. I hope he can surround himself with positive people who love him as a person and not just hangers on looking for a free ride. I hope he has finally been able to distance himself from his evil biological family and that he still has a closeness with the family that kind of adopted him. Thanks for posting this video. The content on this channel is top notch. I love hearing the phrase, “So listen to this” because I know about about to be entertained & education by one of the best football channels on RUclips.
I don’t know why I keep getting so emotional watching these videos. Maybe it’s because of my own experience of moving to a new place when I was 10. I didn’t know any English, had no friends, but football saved my childhood. It helped me make friends, learn the language, and have a social life. Honestly, I know football saved my life. Now, I’m lucky to have two kids and an amazing wife, but without football, I don’t know where I’d be. Keep making those amazing videos-they mean a lot.
As a Chelsea and witnessing the first defeat at home by Tottenham in 28 years was a tough pill to swallow. Dele, Kane and Son were unplayable at times. Wishing all the best Dele.
Good on you for making this video man. Man deserves better than what the media did to him. I’m sure someone already said this but “so listen to this…” is epic
This makes me so Sad. I’m a Madrid fan and that nutmeg on Modric reminded me of when Leroy Sane floored Modric in the UCL and yeah. I hated spurs but Dele made me tune in everytime. Dele for me was what Jude is now.
As an Arsenal fan that often saw this guy do so well against us. I couldn't stand the guy but knew he was the kind of guy you love to have in your team. It doesn't shock me that Fabregas has moved for him. Dele will always be Tottenham to me. But I want this guy to succeed so badly. He deserves it. He owes it to himself. So much talent. His adoptive family sound like amazing people, they are his true family. I hope he is a big success at Como.
Hope Dele Ali has fun at Como. Not even gonna put the pressure on him to comeback cause he’s older and I don’t expect him to be world class as much as I hope for it, but I just want to see the version of him that brought a spark to the pitch.
That changed my whole perspective about Dele, I saw that he was at Como or that Fabregas was giving Dele a trial and that he was 27, I thought he was older, you can see why he released by partying, consumer spending, pharmaceutical drugs, in so many ways our childhood shapes our energy, extremities shapes the soul - the press [Europeans] have nothing to do but take down the very people they 'wish' they were - Big up Dele, your coming full circle now [360] time is with you, find your compassion which will lead [internal compass] you to your passion, which is football - nice presentation Daily Dose Of Football and your words about Dele at the end, nice one - Big up Dele
Need to see this guy on top form again! Can’t forget how lit my FPL in 2016/17 (one of only two seasons I tried FPL just for fun) he was fantastic.. it’s sad that he had to go this personal issue with his biological parents and nobody giving the support he needed.. but I do hope that he will bounce back and he’s still just 28 so there’s still time!
Thank you for being on Dele, side. God bless the young lad. We should never, ever have seen this lad's talent. It's a testament to his genius that we ever did.
He helped keep Everton in the Premier League, with his second half performance against Crystal Palace. Sadly, that was as good as it got with us and Dele.
@ It does make him underrated. To be forgotten is to be underrated, it happens to a lot of great players. Rui Costa, Ricardo Carvalho, Ashley Cole, Deco, Balack, Sneijder, etc. There are some players who rarely get mentioned despite how good they were.
Deli is been battling those demons for so long, he deserves a victory against them. Cmon Deli! You have a lot of people who believe in you, you are an inspiration to so many!
Oh Dele mate... this is private, I feel we shouldn’t know this... let down by society to start with and then chewed up by society! Just get yourself better mate, we don’t mind - you gave us great memories, you represented your country like a lion and you will always be a lion - you did something special, you played for England and did us all proud! Get well soon mate 👍🏴
It's amazing to see how young he still is and I'm delighted to see him trying to rebuild his career. If he gets back to form I'd welcome him back at Spurs with open arms!
It's such a sad story and I feel sorry about him. Let's hope he manages to recover and end his career on a happy note. You should make a video about Ayoub El Kaabi, his story is, in my opinion, a great one.
Bro you need to do a video about leonidas da Silva the guy was like incredidible he created the bicycle kick scored a gol with no boots in the World Cup and most people don’t even now that he exists
I would be happy if he comes back, but sadly I don't see it happening. His body seems to break down easily, and that hardly gets better with age. Playing in a less intensive league can reduce the stress on his body, but it's unlikely he'll get an England recall doing so. Plus, can his football style let him play a pressing style of football (which is key in the modern game)? In the end, as long as he gets to play football at any sort of professional level in the top 9 European leagues, I would consider that a good personal achievement for him at this stage of his career.
Dele mate, if you ever read this, I am sorry, I have to confess I was one of those fans who thought you were needlessly throwing your career away and acting childishly, and I was frustrated with you. But, it is almost always stupid to judge too quickly, especially not knowing someone's story. I've had a big reminder of that.
towards the end of his spurs days i saw him regularly out of mayfair nightclubs in a state so drunk it took a guy either side of him to carry him out like jesus on a cross almost since he was blackout drunk IN the nightclub. I'm sure there's more to it but, probably didn't help :(
watching that spurs documentary, mourinho ruined dele ali, he used him as his punching bag, in front of the other players as an example. jose complied dele's problems. that documentary put me right off jose. was always clear to see that dele was a troubled individual. I hope he makes a return. I always wish him well.
Dele has said that the documentary was cut in a way to make their relationship seem worse than it was. For example in the famous scene where Mourinho calls him "lazy", he supposedly ended up apologizing immediately after, they cut that part off tho.
@DailyDoseOfFootballYT well if you think about how dele is, even by your own account in this video, of course, he is not going to throw mourinho under the bus. from how I viewed it, mourinho bullied him - but I do take on board what you are saying it could have been manipulated, for drama, etc, for the series. I'm still raw about it lol, remember being so angry at jose, lol . but this puts a different perspective on it. always rooted for dele ali, even within that documentary, I didn't like son or kane how they treated him lol
I bet many of us here are guilty of character assasination. i admit it and i apologise for it. With Rashford going thru similar situation we should all be giving our full support for him instead of bashing him. Get well soon Rashford 🙏🏼.

Liverpool fan here but dele alli was one of those players that id tune it to watch. Such a great player

You are a good man for doing this. The legacy media are crap for not doing stories Iike this
cause they were the ones to destroy him
I remember Deli begging the media to stop calliing him Alli. And they pointedly refused - led by the BBC.
