Hopefully the judge is more knowledgeable than this ridiculous comment section. Gjevjon is *NOT* being investigated for saying that men can't be lesbians. She is being investigated for publicly attacking an individual by deadnaming and deliberately referring to the individual with the wrong gender. You can argue about whether such public insults should constitute an illegal action or not, but this has *NOTHING* to do with saying men can't be lesbians.
