For anyone wanting an unlimited amount of rocket launchers any time during the game, use the book that allows you to mix any item in a blender. Then you can combine a mega buster (the toy one) along with a fire extinguisher. It’ll dispense a rocket launcher. You’re welcome :)
Hunting knife /Hunting knife = machete Uzi/Uzi = Machine gun Real mega buster/toy laser sword = laser sword There are more combos but those are the only ones I really use since you get the small chainsaw so early anyways, but katana/chainsaw = small chainsaw
I remember how when Left 4 dead came out they had a achievement which was pretty much the same amount of zombies to kill plus one to just one up Dead Rising
Oooo that's a long winded way of getting it. I just got the Rocket Launcher and the cheat book and went nuts in the clocktower tunnel. Took my around an hour
@@Parrtorias I got the Saint achievement in my first run ... I was only saving survivors to level up and wound up with all 50. The survivors are much easier to save in this one
@@Parrtorias the rocket launcher is available in overtime mode, some of the military carry them. The clocktower tunnel method also gives you unlimited time limit so there's no need to rush it
I feel the opposite way about it, because if I'm gonna play with the buster I want to do a full playthrough with it and having to only unlock it once is a nice time saver for those sweet sweet buster runs
I'm confused, that's not the opposite of what I said lol, I said that they made it easier which diminishes the reward, but you still only have to do it once
I dont mind this being easier on account of it being so monotonous. Getting the blaster in the original was hard because of how technically limiting the game was relative to how long a car survived. If you got stuck in the middle of the tunnel because your car broke down too many times, you wouldnt have enough in game time, and it took FOREVER in real time. Also, to be going for the blaster usually meant you beat the game already anyway.
Yea I get you, but it took the same time in the original as this took fpr rme lol, and back in the day I was garbage at the game so I'd go for the buster before actually playing through the game
Something I noticed, they seem to spawn in a odd way in specific areas.. Like the area you get the truck. It is possible to get the game to respawn them all as you are crushing zombies there. I have not fully got exactly what triggers it but I have gotten it fairly often. Can basically constantly be killing lots of zombies due to it. ( This only seems to effect the delux remake. )
I want to play this game, but I don't know how to play it. When survivors pop on the screen, do you rush to save them or stay focused on the main story?
I reckon you'll get the hang of it quickly, basically everything has a start and expiration date so you have time to do side quests (survivors) and main story quests
I was late trying to pre-order the game because I was dealing with a family problem. I missed out on the three outfits, but do you think we would get more added content for this game? I think they need to give us a reference pack and another outfit pack, or the option customize characters in the game that’s my opinion
@@Parrtorias I have a PS5 if you want to I made a video on a what if Jesse survived Dead rising 1 if you want to look at it if you want just let me know what you think of it
Do you have to get the 50,000 zombie kills in one playthrough? or can you also get it through the total amount of zombies you've killed over a couple playthroughs?
I managed it but it took longer for me in this than the original. Zombie spawn rate seemed lower. I got to 44,500 something in 72 hour mode and thank goodness my kills in one completed run carried over into the next 72 hour run. Its less effective though against bosses.
Yea I agree with this tbh, I did feel that some points in the underground were barren and zombie-less compared to the original lol Also when you save those two in Entertainment Plaza who are hanging from the big rabbit thing, in the original there were swarms of zombies, but in the remaster there were only a handful
Yea . Also if you dont use all shots ….. drop the one you have and go back in to security room . It will be there . As long as you dont have one in stock ….. it will always re spawn . Except when the soldiers take over the room
@matthewramirez1556 nah I love the game I just prefere the original, no point in buying this when I don't really like the aesthetic they went for in this remake
@petebagwell6666 I get that, but for pure gameplay and experience I'd 100% recommend playing the remaster ((sponsored by Capcom) jks lmao watch me get sued))

When you beat the game, it should appear next to the security room blender right before Otis
@wolfxyt626 oh okay thanks! I just beat it last night so probably why i never found it

This is the OG way of getting it, I'm leaving the Saint achievement for one of the last I do so didn't have Infinite Ammo and what not lol
is the rocket launcher only obtainable in extra time mode ?

Does the megabus transfer over to your other saves?
Only if you select new game and load the previous stats
After the 300 shots, does another one respawn?
In the safe room?
Absolutely.
Yea just have to go back to the saferoom and you're good to go
Yes, it respawns in the safe room, if you complete the savior challenge you get a magazine that gives infinite ammunition plus weapon durability.

Nah it respawns, you can just drop it outside the saferoom and it'll he there again when you go back in

Yea you can only carry one at once, but if you drop it before entering the save room a fresh one respawns
